Damn, Cy Yu didn't realize the "Puppy Union" was actually a smuggling operation to help war refugees escape Inazuma and that Mr. Dvorak was one of those refugees on that list (hence why he wanted to do the festival in Inazuma). But to be fair, only Heizou's list at the end actually revealed the secret (which he deliberately left for us to read lol), all the NPCs were very good at pretending it was an animal rescue operation and nothing more so it's easy to miss.
Also that song Itto and Paimon sung was fucking great, but man the lyrics are actually pretty sad: lamenting multiple deaths and looking forward to reincarnation for a chance at a happier life. Hence Yae's comment about the music being commentary on Inazuma's civil war.
Also Gorou not realizing Ms. Hina's identity is my favorite running gag lmao.
Apparently the "two hundred goes to my pa, three hundred to dear mama" was a reference to a girl's notes (or a supposed last will) in a little known war-torn place called Gaza, at least in the Chinese media zeitgeist. I was trying to find it in English with regards to this story or article, but apparently I've yet to find it, presumably either it's just a hearsay in China that got blown up, or buried in other articles that the English media didn't pick up much about it. In any case, it's pretty much an allegory to the current affairs to spread the message of anti-war to those who noticed its themes.
If it wasn't for Max, Itto would have gotten on our nerves long time ago. Max sells Itto IMO.

I was extremely lazy with this event and didn't finish it, I at least grabbed the Horn tho and I already have a C6 Gorou. Just a Crown that I didn't rly need long term was lost so I'm okay with it.

I assumed that Ei was talking about a potential war against Celestia. Or even whatever exactly instigated the catastrophe with Khaenri'ah happening again – it seems like that may be the Tsaritsa's goal, to repeat that and fight against Celestia. May also be the other twin's goal (which I think is even more likely).
All of Itto's VAs do incredible work as him just wow, damn!
