hot take: what is a hot take?
There is no "bad" character in the game. Since that gamespot endgame article came out, I realized that I could basically use any of the characters and finish the supposedly "hardest" content of the game, spiral abyss.
Only thing left is how fast a character can reach that potential to do spiral abyss. Thats when META comes in, its just efficiency.
Hot Take: The primo gem distribution is fine. You have to pick and choose who you want, and there's no way to have it all.
We're seeing history repeat itself in the Genshin community. Early on, people wanted answers, so certain content creators pulled a bunch of claims out of their ass, and the community ran with it. Kind of like how religions start. Then, TCs came along and were like, "everything you believe is wrong, here's why," and the Church of Genshin treated it like a declaration of war – like the advent of science. Just like how, in the real world to this day, many people outright refuse to accept science because it makes them doubt their foundational belief, a lot of those early ideas like, "don't level 90, electro is bad, Keqing is bad, don't c6 Benny" are still going strong and players will die on those hills in defense of their favorite content creators.

I still feel numb from the pain of getting Qiqi on Hu tao banner after 85+ pulls. And I see the freaking thumbnails of this video.
Dehya really isn't that bad. Hoyo took a look at their stats and made a character that would fit in with how the playerbase uses characters. Since she is on the standard banner, newbies who might get her would get a form of damage mitigation with pyro resonance. I remember when i built most of my teams for pyro resonance just because my damage really depended on it until i got to AR 45.
Please make more of the Mtashed! Also, please do build reviews or even roast people builds. Hahahaha I'm sure people would still love to showcase their builds even though many other CCs already do so. Heck you can even do a wacky build competition/showcase and i'd watch that
People keep bringing up that there is aboslutely no reason to not C6 Bennett these days but I argue there is absolutely no reason to C6 Bennett as well. You get a 15% pyro damage bonus that wont make or break whether you 36 star or not, nor is it a massive increase in damage in general. If you already C6 him (I have) then great, but its definitely a personal decision every player needs to make themselves because the value fully depends on the account and where they are at in the game. A +1000 att bonus that can be ruined on some units vs 15% pyro bonus that some units can actually benefit from is a no brainer to me and if I could go back I woud definitely not C6 him. (At the time I was having a lot of fun with my Yoimiya/Yanfei) The fun of this game to me personally is to play and make a million different teams with different synergy so having Bennett not be C6 just makes him more flexible in general imo.
TLDR; do what you want, dont get convinced by others. There really isn't a wrong answer here. If you didn't C6 him cool, if you did, cool, but dont base your decision on others and make it yourself because you cant go back.

Edit: also my hot take: I dislike Bennett and Xingqiu a lot.
theorycrafters are not devs. meta should not be the only reason for new characters. its not copium. its ok for 4 stars to not impact meta. for 5 stars, they dont necessarily have to raise the bar on the meta, but you should be able to defeat abyss with it (which most 5 stars do, in the right team).
I am 100% "Genshin Impact" I love most of the content and everything, including the downside of the game, there is a "good" in accepting "negative ones" and there is a "bad" or maybe "worst" if we only relied on "positive ones" there is a balance for everything and that is the truth. That's why i love this channel.

They should add weapon trade system between friends like if we receive traded weapon from someone we can use it approximately at least 1 week and for safe and security the system should be like we can't block unfriend or anything to that friend until we return their weapon or else it'll return by itself in one week . I hope it's a cool feature

I think we should be able to get event weapons. The weaponsmith could sell them. There's no reason why there shouldn't be a way to require them after the event ends. Hell, you can buy event gadgets from the souvenir shops, even the gadgets that literally do nothing because the event isn't active. I'm looking at you first Golden Apple Archipelago gadget…
Hoyoverse should definitely buff or nerf characters like league does, to keep all the characters in the same power level. So everybody can play their favorite character without worrying about the meta.
Hoyoverse should release lores which are hidden behind in game books or artifact sets as cinematics or quests.
