I think Itto is definitely the most different one. They tried to go with the comedic approach, and it actually worked(at least for me, since I laughed a lot the first time I watched it)

i think ayaka's demo is overrated, its A tier for me, people only put it high cuz they like her
For me S tier demos are Yoimiya, Itto, Zhongli and Childe.
S – ei,
A – ayaka, yoimiya, kokomi,
B – itto, yae, kazuha,
C – sara, sayu, gorou, thoma
Raiden trailer was legit fire

S – Raiden ( its really good but still loses to zhong li trailer imo)
A – Kazuha (had a really good beat and visuals) that kept me engaged all through out.
Yoimiya (upbeat music and quick transitions held my attention. Mixing in personality of the character along with the art style is also pretty good)
Itto (very entertaining, good humor, beat picks up pretty quick and the art style is also very good)
B – Sara ( Has more impact but still falls short)
C – Kokomi (had that one cool beat drop but that was it)
Thoma (simple and nice but wasn't impactful)
Gorou (i love his ear twitch, but it was too short and unentertaining)
D – Ayaka (super unmemorable, didn't even remember it)
Sayu ( not memorable at all)
Yae Miko (its pretty meh tbh. Start was meh, music was unexciting, didnt catch my attention at all)
Idk man, it's something ab Itto's and Raiden's demo that hit so hard 😩. Like, Itto's demo convinced me to pull for him when i was saving for Xiao XD. My most favorite demo's are: Hu Tao's, Itto's and Raiden Shogun
