I don't think the voice directing changed. The sound of Paimon's voice for the English VA has always had this annoying vibe because it's really high. If you keep hearing it over and over and over again it starts to get really annoying. I can guarentee you that you wouldn't feel the same way if Aether/Lumine actually did most of the talking by themselves.

The last part with Rosaria, Kaeya and Diluc, sounds like 1 person, it could be Varka. If they were different people, they should have sounded different.
I have a weird theory, but didn't want to say anything until the end of stream. About Razor's wine, Wine takes a long time to get where it gets that flavor. If we don't come back to Mondstat and razor them are enjoying the wine but have the sense of the traveler being there with them would break my heart. Anyways it's my theory how this would happen, enjoyed this stream that I might have knocked out at the end.
I think you'll have to react to the JP dub of the movie, because there's a lot of differences for the message to Rosaria, Kaeya and Diluc. Because I can assume that Diluc's message is from his father
Paimon VAs do have some health complications, and I know personally that I have had things that forced me to speak in higher pitch cause it is just much easier on the throat.
Otherwise, the director might just be ascending Paimon pitch till she breaks through her mortal coil and ascend to Celestial once more as the rightful ruler.
Also, while yes, director do get all the says, Erika (Venti VA) did such a great job with that ONE TAKE song, that director was like, yea, we using that.

Ok I have one question… why is there so much Genshin content lately? Every week I think… maybe this week he will stream some Honkai or literally anything else and then I get a notification for Genshin. We finished Honkai Ch. 28 7 or 8 months ago and since then we got a couple ER streams, Dev streams and started two events that were never finished… What about APHO2? I don't even remember when we started it… I am not demanding to play only Honkai. I just wish there were some different streams every week or every two weeks. I know that a lot of people are waiting for more AK, PGR and Honkai and all we get is Genshin. Sorry for the rant but his is just frustrating. I personally don't like Genshin for reasons I don't want to say because I don't want to start a war. I f you like it then more power to you. I am sure that the Genshin community has a blast with all this Content lately but what about the others? I subscribed because of Honkai and enjoyed watching his AK streams even though I don't play the game myself. Well here is to hoping for more Honkai or AK in the future. I know he said that he would finish ER and chapter 29-31 until the end of October but I don't see that happening. Well maybe November then. Again sorry for the rant…

There are reasons why Paimon's voice has changed… Paimon's VA is very talented, and her voice is not really annoying recently imo
But anyway! It's both interesting and weird to hear how different Razor's English voice is from the Japanese voice. In Japanese he has a much deeper voice, and doesn't express a lot of emotion (I'm not saying that's a bad thing), but it's quite the opposite in English where he sounds more emotional. That's why I like to listen to the characters in all dubs, even if I prefer the English dub anyway, I'm interested in knowing how the different dubs play their characters
