my raiden has an atk sands and atk goblet bcs i got lucky on them and they have good stats, she's dealing around 70-80k without supports! my tip for y'all: you should choose which goblet or sands is better not by the main stat but by the additional stats! 🙂 you know, good crit rate and crit dmg will always make your character stronger (not kokomi tho :D)

As for atk goblet, don't use it.. in certain scenarios atk goblet can be good but most of the time it's not because you will get atk from Bennett, ToM, noblesse, sara, pyro resonance and stuff.. long story short atk goblet is very inconsistent.
Aim for 210er at the very least, it's not hard to get 210 er.. use catch or er weapon on her, use atk sands, electro goblet and you're done.
Using this build will make your raiden not only a hypercarry but also a good battery for your team..

Electro DMG cup is far better in the Rational team. Double Pyro gives you already +25%atk and Bennet burst alone another +1000. That extra +46% doesn't scale very well compared to extra electro damage. If you also have the engulfing lightning (extra atk passive), it is a no brainer.
if you use electro bonus %, lead in the other stacks atq% for dps

ATK is dealing more damage in your case because you have a lot of er = high electro dmg bonus.
Atk Goblet have high dmg. but if Electro Goblet have Atk% and Flat atk on Substats . will do more dmg.

Would ATK% still be better if you run her with Bennett and Sara in Raiden Hypercarry?
Try it with having 1)xiangling in your team
2) after using Bennet ult
Electro goblet might do more damage

Would atk goblet be better i use her as a sub dps if my hu tao on cooldown
Ive spent 205 pulls to get c2 raiden.. got a qiqi and c3 raiden(double 5stars in a ten pull).
Now im afraid i wont be able to get ayato. X.x

Maybe you can try ATK Goblet AND ATK Sands since you already have 300% Energy Recharge

Atk is better because you'll already get alot of ElectroDmg bonus from her Passive that gives her 0.4 Electro bonus above 100% of your ER
So a 200% ER will give you 40% Electro bonus and thats already enough to dish out huge amount of dmg
