I made sure to avoid spoilers for this update. So glad I did, because I was not expecting an actual fight. This was probably the most terrifying boss in Genshin, especially when she knocks out all of your abilities. I couldn't just shield everything with Zhongli anymore.
This theme perfectly encapsulates the feeling of having your ambitions/powers stripped away from you in the heat of battle, with only instinct and innate strength left as your weapons at a desperate moment
