regarding the hyperbloom test section: As far as I remember electro-charged itself can't trigger hyperbloom (which would make sense, as most reactions don't apply their element) but because we were in a body of water, and electro-charged affects that, it was a bit more confusing– electro charged and hyperbloom happened on the same frame as Ororon's lightning.
that's just to say, his lightning can proc hyperbloom, but its AoE is pretty small.
Also, a natlan bloom driver (or anyone who could consistently hit, off-field, with nightsoul aligned attacks) would be better, since once Nahida starts blasting, electro-charged is almost impossible to trigger, thus no lightning.
later, while trying the HB team, we were able to get the triple 40% cinder buff because we stayed with Ororon on field for a few normals before going to Nahida, triggering electro-charged.
TL;DR: Use Kuki for HB lol
So sick of people pretending like his design is good like he isn't literally someone's gacha life wolf oc that isn't even a good representation of the literal African God they stole his name from. Genshin fans just have objectively bad taste is character design and natlan proves it
True that, my Ororon at current is simply a custom ordered teammate for my Chasca. For Hyperbloom, it's a whole lot simpler just going back to Kuki. She's more consistent with the eletro attacks and a great side perk, she heals.
At current, I feel that Natlan characters only want to play among their own countrymen due to the synergistic nightsoul mechanism. Fontainians are more welcoming towards foreigners team comp. 😂
I'll stick with my Fischl for now. Maybe go for him in the future when he's on another banner.

Fun Fact: You can force Ororon to enter Nightsoul Blessing state by high jumping. The duration is very short though (only when he is glowing)
It can be used to trigger the full effect of 4pc Scroll even without Electro-Charged/Natlan DPS.

In Kinich teams Ororon replaces Emile. You still keep Bennett. Ororon actually surpasses Emile in terms of total team dps.
