For those who can't start this quest, apparently you need to finish the Archon quest first. This means you also need to complete both Ayaka and Yoimiya quests too, since thety are prerequisites to Chapter II Act II.
For some reason there are no mobs? I havent killed them yet either

Need help! These quest is not showing in my world when i teleported to nazuchi beach i already fought the samurai warriors and the person above the shipwreck boat is not respwaning or showing.
