The thing is, we should note that this is a change to the CHINESE gaming policy, like most chinese games, and even other games, there is a Chinese server and an Basically every other country server. This policy change will definitely affect the Chinese servers, but we dont know about the worldwide servers yet:) IDk about the info you have here, but is any of this confirmed? because you talk about how there will be a resin overflow system and things, but where is this info coming from?

As far as I know these new rules are still subject to change and will only enforced starting next years. But at the same time on today's 1.6 update HSR has already got rid of daily battlepass goals and bundled them together with the weekly ones

Does this actually apply to ALL servers or just ones based in China? Cause that's what I've been wondering about this. Cognosphere is the one that runs the international servers not Mihoyo and it's based in Singapore Australia.

No, this isn't goid news, the new rules from the Chinese government will only have bad effects for players. I have no doubt about it
If it is a Chinese Law then it is possible that it will only be implemented in China and not come to Global. My worry is that if there is a loss of revnue in China for Hoyoverse they might increase the prices of their welkins and make the game more F2P unfriendly. These are just my thoughts hopefully it will not happen and we might get good news. Any clarification on this will be helpful though.

You missed the most drastic change, the whole Gacha system would need to change itself.
Everything obtainable from pulling has to be buyable in shop for a reasonable price too. Which, no matter if they go two versions of the game or not, will be drama. Imagine someone whaled on their favorite character, spent a few thousand on everything and now you could just buy it for a small fraction of that in the shop.

All I am asking since ever is after ar 50 resin cd gets lowered to 3.5 or 4 minutes per resin so we can actually farm up much more, enjoy more characters and therefore try to pull for as many as possible. im skipping so much shit just for the one i truly want cause i still will not be able to upgrade them all
