I also wanted to clarify the 2pc Maiden's set. It in fact does provide "Healing Bonus" stat even though its text description doesn't match. Try it yourself by equipping the 2pc and heading over to the stats screen and you'll see that you gain an extra 15% Healing Bonus. Hydro resonance and the 4pc set bonus do not give extra healing bonus. Thank you comments for clarifying that since I didn't do that in the video.
so would Kokomi be able to apply hydro as well or better than Xingqiu? my team comp is Xingqiu, Jean/Baal, Ayaka, Hu Tao.
You should clarify at 15:08 if that is including Enemy DEF or not. Those damage looks like you did not factor in Enemy Res that would reduce Kokomi's damage. Which means a Lv90 Kokomi vs a Lv90 Target with standard 10% Elemental Res. Her damage would look more like:
Normal ATK 3318 x 0.45 = 1493
With Burst 24728 x 0.45 = 11127
Charge ATK 2195 x 0.45 = 987
With Burst 18654 x 0.45 = 8394
E Skill 1616 x 0.45 = 727
With Burst 7526 x 0.45 = 3386
Burst DMG initial hit 6486 x 0.45 = 2918

Kokomi's Elemental Burst should work similar to Zhongli's MaxHP scaling passive. So this means that the damage bonus gained from MaxHP would be calculated separately from her normal attack damage and then added together.
You would take Kokomi's normal attack % modifier and calculate it as normal. So it will be like so:
Lv90 Kokomi = 13471HP, 234 Base ATK, 28.8% Hydro Bonus, +25% Healing Bonus
Artifact Set = 2pc Hearts of Depth + Millelith Set for +15% Hydro Bonus and +20% MaxHP.
Flower = 4780HP
Feather = 311 ATK
Sands = +46.6% HP
Cup = +46.6% Hydro DMG
Headpiece = +46.6% HP
Lv90 Prototype Amber R5 = 510 ATK, +41.3% HP
Lv90 Enemy Target = 0.45 res modifier (Common 10% Res on target).
Total bonus for Hydro % DMG is 90.4%
Total bonus for HP % bonus is 154.5%

I am at 78 out of 90 wishes towards guaranteed 5* pity, 4000+ primogems saved, and I have all of the mats needed to level 90 her as well as get her talents to 7-7-10 immediately* as soon as her banner goes live. (I will need to farm Signora on Monday next week for the last two boss pieces for the 8 boss drops needed for this)
my question is if I were to build her as mostly a healer would she be good? as I have my Barbara as a healer for the most part but for good elemental reactions with an electro user

I really need help so if someone could help me thank you so much. My problem is my team is eula ,Sara,diona and sayu. I really don’t know who to pull Kokomo or Baal I really like both so I don’t know who to chose
There’s just no reason to give her a negative crit rate unless she actually does get a 2000% damage bonus
How good is her healing? I need a second main healer. Is her healing basically Barbara 2.0?
Everything about her kit screams 5* Barbara with extra DPS. Just the fact that she applies hydro on herself gives flashbacks to all the times we froze ourselves with Barbara’s E.

well this is all over the place but okay i appreciated the video even the most basic one not spot on like her Main stat she needs first HP% then ER% and actually what ya thought bout at first is right she hit hard while in Burst NA could go above 40k CA 100k the number actually there so far the E tho prob only 20k-30k? pertick? maybe? at first i thought it's double that like 50k when i read her Healing Bonus passive again it's actually only applies to her NA CA not the E sadly

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the 2 piece maidens beloved doesn’t increase Kokomi’s damage based of her healing bonus buff
The maidens beloved set increases healing effectiveness and doesn’t actually increase the healing bonus stat in the stat menu
I feel like Kokomi is gonna be hella fun to play, but I’m not sure till I test run her. But then again I’m waiting for yae
Her jellyfish heals and when she uses her burst her increased auto and charged hits also heals iirc. Tho I'm not too sure whether her numbers are suited for a dps.

Her entire kit is also centered around using normal and charged attacks during her burst window after the boost. With there being no crits she won't have big damage but it will be consistent. Because she's Hydro I can see her burst window charge attacks being pretty good with reactions which is why I want to try 4 piece Wanderer's on her. There are very few characters who can take advantage of the 4 piece bonus and the EM is also extremely good for her to vape with other off-field pyro characters like Xiangling. Because she is so burst focused I plan to pair her with my Raiden as well. Her HP, Healing Bonus, Attack, Wanderer's, Raiden and Burst damage modifiers all going ham at the same time and maybe an off-field Yoimiya or Xiangling will make building her VERY interesting. That alone is enough for me to consider pulling for her. I'm really loving that every Inazuma character, without exception, is Mihoyo flexing their character design muscles. I haven't had this much fun building teams in a very long time 🙂

Wait until mihoyo base her skills damage not from her base attack but her HP XD, Mihoyo made her critless for a reason XD
We just need to see how her hydro application is.
Being hydro and requiring field time, she might work with Beidou or Xiangling.
Her kit is quite interesting and unique though with her being almost purely scales off her HP (and healing bonus). Gonna wait and see for her release.
My new team might be zhongli,kokomi,kazuha and random electro…
My decision on pulling for her would mostly depend on how well she’s able to recharge her energy on her own.

Kokomis burst feels exactly like raidens but instead of it's damage scaling off energy recharge and restoring energy it scales with hp and restores hp, I think this it's really cool. Even the visual effect of a halo behind them is similar. honestly- she's giving hydro archon vibes
