Nilou passive got buffed!
Instead of 60 em we get 100 em and bountiful core dmg is now 9% instead of 7% and the cap got increased to 400% max dmg increase from 300%
Xiphos moonlight sword got nerfed!
Instead of 0.052% ER it's 0.036% ER
Kokomi main, rejoicing
Uh… I loved the design but this kit seems kinda not my style since the only build hydro I have is xingqiu and dendro only a 20% build traveler
So they finally made a character – besides Diluc – who has a 2nd combo as their skill
How do Nilou's Bountiful Cores compare to Hyperbloom and Burgeon ?
I really really want you but if the team can only be hydro & dendro then I think I should get Kokomi instead? my team would've been- hu tao, ganyu, nilou, and collei which sucks so I think Kokomi would be better someone please help. 😓

Sounds like, for me, Nilou is another Shen He. Great character look, but useless outside of a very specific set-up. I was looking forward to her, but now I'm wondering if I should just make her a pass and wait for Deyha.

Im a little bit confused about her passive would she won't be able to trigger bountiful cores if her teamates is only one dendro and the other two is another element?
Do I need Kokomi for Nilou? I have guaranteed 50/50 and a lot of wishes but idk if I should use my 50/50 on Kokomi, primogems wise I'll have enough by 3.1

Nilou, Kokomi, Collei and Nahida sounds like the best team you can get this early
I sadly don't have Kokomi, but if I pull for Kokomi I won't have enough for Nilou. so I'll just have to use Zhongli for now

I can almost build Nilou as a pretty good DPS, but I have no 5 star swords – I legit have 1 or 2 5 star of every other weapon, but no sword. I am saving up for the blackcliff sword, but the passive is really just not that great 🙁 I know its not a 5 star weapon, but Ayaka has the black sword right now – because getting good crit rate stats on artefacts is almost always impossible for me

So what you're telling me is that I'll have the best team for her cause I have Kokomi and the other two, since I'll be running the bloom build first and than later on probably be building her as a main dps bc that build seems to be waaay more time consuming than the em hp one
