Nilou released 3 days ago. And of course I should make the video about her.
So, what can I say about her. Her kit based on the Bloom reactions. Hydro damage is just meh. She requires only Dendro and Hydro (for now). Now we just wait for another Dendro
And you can finally use Barbara and Kokomi with EM build (they deal solid damage, trust me)
