Hello everyone! We just found out that Xilonen received more buffs on her C2, and we’ll also talk about the Chronicled Wish banner and other updates in 5.1. Now on the the updates, Xilonen’s Geo Source Sample will always remain active. When her Source Samples are activated, all nearby party members will receive bonuses that correspond to the active Source Sample based on their Elemental Type:

Geo: Increases damage by 40%, upgraded to 50%
Pyro: Boosts attack by 40%, upgraded to 45%
Hydro: Raises Max HP by 40%, upgraded to 45%
Cryo: Increases CRIT damage by 50%, upgraded to 60%
Electro: Restores 20 Energy, upgraded to 25, and decreases Elemental Burst cooldown by 5 seconds, upgraded to 6 seconds.

Moving on, there’s been leaks by Flying Flame that there will be a Liyue Chronicled Wish banner in 5.3. Now I don’t know how credible this leak is, considering Flying Flame is a relatively new leaker, so take it with a grain of salt. Let’s speculate who could be on the banner. From what we know, the characters must have been featured at least 3 or more times in their exclusive event-wish banners, and not been featured recently, to be included in the new banner system. The first candidate is Ganyu, she last reran in 3.6 and is due for a rerun. Next up is Xiao, who last reran in 4.4. The only one left who meets the requirements is Baizhu, and he last reran in 4.6. No one else meets the requirements but Hoyo could change these rules so we don’t know for sure. Which character do you want in the Chronicled Wish banner? Let us know in the comments!

Now, let’s talk about the 5.1 banners. Hoyoverse has officially confirmed Xilonen, but who else is joining her? Well, there’s been a lot of speculation about Nahida taking Zhongli’s spot in the next patch. According to reliable leaks from Hakush, we’ll see Xilonen and Chiori in phase one, followed by Nahida and Hu Tao in phase two. Sadly, no Wriothesley, Shenhe, or Tartaglia this time around.

For the events, patch 5.1 will have five events instead of the usual four. Liben is making a return, offering extra primogems. The main event will be the Sabzeruz Festival, where you can get a free Candace! Although there won’t be a major map expansion, there will be a small area with a single teleport point and a new world boss. You can also earn up to 400 primogems through Natlan exploration, but this is only available during patch 5.1. As for primogem estimates, the F2P primogem count for patch 5.1 is around 10,460 primogems, which translates to about 65 pulls on the event banners.
