Hello everyone! We recently received some exciting news about the upcoming Version 5.2 banners from a reliable source. In today’s video, we’re going to dive into the new characters set to drop in Version 5.2 and take a closer look at Chasca’s abilities and playstyle.

Let’s get into it. Based on what DK2 has shared with us, Chasca and Ororon will be the new playable characters in Version 5.2. As you may already know, Chasca is set to be a five-star Anemo bow user, making her the second Anemo bow character after Venti. As for her playstyle, she’s expected to be a main DPS and is also rumored to have a unique flying ability. When she flies, bird-like wings allegedly appear on her back, resembling the gliding animation.

Chasca’s normal attack will trigger coordinated attacks based on her skills, and apparently, she can infuse her element with Hydro, Electro, Pyro, or Cryo, but not Geo or Dendro. Another important detail is that she doesn’t need Faruzan on her team, which is great news for those who don’t have her at C6. Interestingly, her flying ability is said to last longer than Wanderer’s skill duration, suggesting she could be an on-field DPS like him. Her flying ability seem similar to other characters from Natlan, hinting that her flying will be comparable to Mualani’s surfboard or Xilonen’s skates.

Now, let’s take a look at the banners. Based on the current information, we know there will be two new characters in Version 5.2. The first is Chasca, who is a five-star Anemo bow user as I mentioned before, and then we have Ororon, a four-star Electro bow character. Did you know that until Kinich’s release in Version 5.0, we hadn’t had a new male five-star character since Version 4.1?

As for potential rerun banners, there are rumors that Wanderer will show up in 5.2 due to a possible Dragonspine event that might be connected to Durin. If Mavuika is set to arrive in 5.3, we should also expect another Archon rerun in 5.2, so we could see either Venti or Zhongli. For the last spot, Arlecchino might appear. However, these are just my own speculations, so take them with a grain of salt. There are a lot of characters who are overdue for reruns, but according to current leaks, we will see a Liyue Chronicle Wish in Version 5.3, along with the Lantern Rite Festival. Characters from Liyue, like Ganyu, Xiao, and Baizhu, will likely be featured on that banner, along with Keqing, Qiqi, and some standard weapons.

  32. I am prety sure that everyone has been seeing a partern with the new natlan charecters that they all have some kind of movement ability
    but anyways I am soo happy to know that zhongli is geting his rerun I have been saving for him since I started playing rn I have NINETY NINE wishes in total

I was really scared when I saw Zhongli mentioned in 5.2, I wanna pull for venti ASAP beacuse I have been skipping him for 2 years and I do not want him in a banner with another character I want. And not only do I think it would be a really unfitting version to rerun Zhongli in (considering the main event of 5.2 is in mondstadt) there were old leaks of Zhongli's, Qiqi's and Chongyun's skin being released this year (take with a grain of salt, even if its kinda promising that they are showing up now again)
