As the first phase of version 4.4 comes to an end, in this video let’s discuss everything we can expect in version 4.5, including the new banner system.
Starting with the regular limited banners, in phase one, Chiori will be released, and along with her, Itto will get his rerun. I really like Chiori’s animations and design, but I think most people will be focused on phase two, so let’s talk about it.
Kazuha and Nevillette are expected to return in the second phase.
Kazuha is an incredibly versatile and valuable character to have on your account, while Nevillette is one of the best DPS characters at C0. It would certainly be difficult to choose between the two. If I were to pull in this banner, I would choose Kazuha, but since I’m saving for arlecchino, I’ll skip this banner.
Now, let’s move on to the new banner system. It is said that every patch will bring a limited regional banner, and this patch is scheduled to have the main event in Mondstadt, so we will get characters from this region. It is said that Eula, Klee, and finally Albedo, who was last reruning in version 3.1, will be returning here.
It’s unclear what currency would be used to pull on this banner, but if it’s going to be intertwined fates, then F2P players might suffer even more. I think if hoyoverse are actually adding this new type of banner to genshin, then they should give us a little more rewards, maybe?
And lastly, let’s talk about potential 4-star reruns in version 4.5. Just by looking at this image, you can already tell who will most likely rerun. We haven’t seen Gorou for 10 patches, and considering that the first half has only 5-star Geo characters, he most likely will rerun with them. Also, characters like Layla, Kaveh, Yun Jin, Heizou might also appear in this patch.
