Phase two of version 3.8 is starting tomorrow and with that, rerun banners of wanderer and kokomi will be up on all the servers. This also means that fontaine is just around the corner because version 4.0 will start on August 16th. Hoyoverse has already revealed the upcoming new five star character and four star characters who will be released in version 4.0, and they are lyney, Lynette, and freminet.
The banners of version 4.0 are lyney and yelaan in the first phase, whereas childe and zhongli in the second half. It has been a while since Albedo, Venti, Hu tao and Kamiaato Ayato have got their reruns. I have been getting a lot of questions about venti and huu tao’s possible reruns, so you guys don’t exhaust all your primogems. With the release of the new region and new characters, you will be tempted to pull for the new characters and i totally understand that. But i would suggest that you get the old characters first, because the new ones will get their reruns sooner than the old ones.
So In this video, we will be discussing about the possible reruns of venti and huu tao.
First let’s check on when these two got their last reruns. Venti got his last rerun in version 3.1, which was back in September 2022, so it has been a while. And hu tao got her last rerun banner in version 3.4 along with yelan which was back in january this year.
We have some information about the next possible reruns of these two characters. But First about hu tao rerun. Hu tao is expected to get her rerun in version 4.1. Version 4.1 will feature two new five star characters wriothesley and neuvillette. Huu tao is expected to get her rerun in the first phase of 4.1. It does kinda make sense since wriothesley is a cryo character and he might complement hu tao very well. Wriothesley is also expected to be a standard banner character. if this turns out to be true, pairing a hu tao who will get high sales nonetheless will be a good move from hoyoverse.
If you remember, they had put tighnari with zhongli for the same reason in 3.0. And let’s not talk about dehya, because she deserved better treatment.
As for venti rerun, he is expected to get his rerun in version 4.3 and not before that. Hoyoverse never reruns two archons in the same version. Since zhongli is in 4.0, raiden shogun in 4.1 and furina in 4.2, venti is expected to get his rerun in 4.3. Nahida just got her rerun so she ain’t coming anytime soon i guess. Dornman port is also expected to be added in Version 4.3, and the archon quest which will also add a new weekly boss in mondstadt. So venti’s rerun in version 4.3 makes sense.

    edit: for context, I just started a new account like 3 weeks ago that I plan to make my new main and I just love Hu Tao’s play style as I have her on my old main and ever since I first started playing (around the end of Raiden’s first banner) I’ve been excited for specifically Fontaine and Fontaine only so I really want Furina

  2. at the moment I have 51 fates and my pity is 40 rn and i was hoping to save up for Arlecchino but I also really want to get myself a c1 Hu Tao, so what do yall think I should pull for or if yall think I could get both if I still save enough

  15. trying to decide if I should save since I been waiting a long time for zhnogli return and wanted kokomi as well don't really know if I should skip kokomi for zongli or go head to bet my luck for kokomi and hope to farm a lot of primogems for zongli.

  18. Currently on guaranteed and planning on pulling for kokomi cause I'm in absolute love with her playstyle and shes just sooo pretty 🥺❤ then after will save till venti ends up coming to get him at c1-c2 hopefully as he's my main and favorite character 🥰

  22. i do not want venti so soon. im guaranteed and im saving for him but i barely have primogems. if venti comes in 4.1 then i have no choice but to skip until his rerun after that. hoping he at least gets a rerun in 4.3 or 4.4.
