a few hours ago, there have been new updates regarding Arlecchino, as we already know, rumor suggests that she will be introduced in version 4.6 as a 5-star Pyro Polearm character.
and it has been revealed that when Arlecchino performs a charged attack, her signature polearm will transform into a scythe.
This unique feature is exclusive to Arlecchino’s charged attack and is not present when other characters use her signature polearm.
according to the latest information from a reliable source, her signature polearm is specifically made for her, this means that its passive abilities may not be as effective when used by other characters.
at level 90, her signature polearm has 674 base ATK and 22.1% CRIT Rate, Interestingly, another polearm with similar stats is the Primordial Jade Winged Spear.
Speaking of the Primordial Jade Winged Spear, if you are fortunate enough to possess this polearm, you are in luck, this weapon serves as a great alternative for Arlecchino to use in place of her signature weapon.
Perhaps the reason for this is that the Primordial Jade Winged Spear not only shares the same stats as Arlecchino’s signature polearm, but it also has a passive ability that boosts the ATK stat.
This is due to the fact that Arlecchino’s talent is scale with ATK. We have recently obtained information regarding Arlecchino’s ascension stat bonus, which is CRIT DMG.
Additionally, her passive has similarities to the bond of life mechanic, where HP recovery may disrupt her buffs, as we already know, Bond of Life is a mechanic that prevents healing, applied to a character by Fatui Operatives and some Weapon effects.
While Bond of Life is active, it absorbs healing for the character based on its base value and prevents the character from being healed, after Bond of Life is cleared, certain additional effects may be applied depending on the source.
in version 4.6, there will be new artifact sets, until now we have no information about these new artifact sets, but one of these artifact sets is designed exclusively for Arlecchino.
It is possible that this artifact set may feature HP-related stats similar to the bond of life mechanic mentioned earlier, or it may offer an ATK % bonus..
Arlecchino gains her damage from her Elemental Skill and does not have any elemental skill damage, making the Staff of the Scarlet Sands polearm less effective for her.
additionally, the source also mentioned that there is no HP conversion to damage for Arlecchino, It might be referring to Hu Tao’s Elemental Skill where she consumes a set portion of her HP to Increases her ATK based on her Max HP, as a result, the Staff of Homa polearm may also not be as effective for Arlecchino.
As a Pyro DPS character with a traditional focus on ATK scaling, it is recommended to equip her with a Pyro damage goblet and an ATK sands artifact for optimal performance.
However, as discussed in the previous video, Arlecchino also has a unique ability to modify the overload reaction, similar to how Nilou modifies bloom offering new gameplay opportunities.

  9. Clear skip. Attack scaling (hard to farm), not so strong, just stronger than hu tao if you have her weapon, forcing you into the weapon, all kind of fancy look stuff, usually present in not really strong characters. Carry, they always fall behind. Fatui, for now, they are all falling behind. I think the hype for this character was fabricated by the company, using leakers who work for them, but better for me I get to have a better account even as F2P.

  13. TL;DR: Arlecchino and all are soon oudated with the new fire area and you'll have to spend time and money again and you will not ever feel satisfied. So it repeats.

    They are just spewing out character after character.. It's like this.. I started playing when Nahida was popular so my characters will more or less be of those characters that was present at that time. People who start now will have furina, nevuelette, navia and all others while a few upcoming but after that. They will eventually come in to a static situation as well where they will just pull for a character every 4 months or so because primo's doesn't grow on tree's unless you're both rich and insane. After a while they will realize that all this grind for so little, that this job doesn't really pay off at all. While seeing how mihiyo's focus is only about new content and new characters, all to keep you spending time and time and more time. Gated as fuck to keep you from progressing too quickly. It's even impossible to progress at a satisfying speed as they keep releasing characters.. Endless c-blocking tease where you will never truly get the satisfaction.

  16. Will she change stance if she wields another weapon, or is it that weapon alone? If it's only her signature, then HoYo really knows how to market. Gotta start saving up after Neuvillette.
