Hello. Idk where else to post so I'm posting this here in hopes someone can help me. My account got hacked and I reported the incident. They gave me a form to fill out which I did and they took an Entire month to get back to me but they did only to say the information was incomplete and inconsistent. I'm almost positive of my answers and have been playing since release.. idk what else to do I emailed again but no response.. does anyone know a way to salvage this situation?

If you walk a few meters north when you receive the quest, there are like 3-4 crystal flies

I got 3 of each type of crystal flies they are so pretty TT my favorite are cryo crystal flies
Nothing can bring me so much happiness than having crystal flies in my teapot(sadly cuz of the limit not all islands have crystal flies cri)
I love this event it was a bit annoying to do at some parts but definitely worth it

How it feels like your adventure exp converts to mora whoa
Was kind of hyped to get some cool new animals for the teapot, only to have my dreams dashed immediately by max load when trying to place them.
Still the same existing issue, one cat takes like 10x the load of walls/buildings, meaning I'd have to take a wrecking ball to my entire village to have any animals outside.
What's the point of telling us to catch 100 animals, like 5 of each type of weasel, fox, cat, etc. if you can't even place ONE unless your island is a barren field?
Same with all these teapot event rewards lately. Like, I appreciate getting them, I want to use them, but YOU'RE NOT LETTING ME.
