Uhm… You really shouldn't get your informations from the albedo's creations subreddit lol. "Hinoga" was posted there as a concept, and it's just a random mashup of inazuma characters we have so far. The real rumoured inazuma character who we might get late fontaine is Chiori, who actually already has existing in game lore as she appears in multiple playable character's voicelines
