hutao I'd rate it Japanese > English > Chinese on va, English va sounds surprisingly good on hutao, Chinese va isn't bad but she kind of sounds unenthusiastic
Quick question, will Hu Tao always be giving you 4%(or more with talents) proportional to your hp when she pops her elemental skill? Or does she need to be a certain hp to get the 4% cause my build for Hu Tao is not that good, only able to get her to 20k hp rn and im wondering of her elemental skill will give me 4% of my max hp as damage?
