Just some info just in case you know. The reason we see those Dino looking things is because the people of Natlan have harmonized or have a close connection to these creatures.
These creatures should be descendants of the vishaps that evolved over time. Looks really cool!
There hasn’t been any leaks for Natlan characters yet but we might get some soon we only know about 1 character from the roadmap video on the Genshin channel

I think those dino are Saurian. the one that Ranjit in current boss battle event talking about. people of Natlan (especially their warriors) have close companions that are Saurians.
i know some ppl were taking a back (in a good way) at the cute pokemon-looking creatures but then again Hoyo gave us clips of Melusines back in Fontaine teasers. i remember thinking how cute they were as police officers and no way Fontaine would have THAT much sadness. Boy was i wrong. it was depression-galore from archon quest to character story quests. I think Natlan will be like that too. i fear for anyone dying…

Fyi, the singer in that animated shorts is "Aimer" and she's a pretty famous jp singer and has sang many anime song (Like Demon slayer, and Vinland saga to name a few) She previously collabed with fan animation in 2024 Hoyofair.

As for the events, not everyone likes combat. Not everyone likes chasing coins and scavenger hunts. It's better if they do a mix of both each patch for each group. Personally if I want combat, I go play grindy RPGs and FromSoftware games. Genshin is my chill game along with Harvest Moon.
I can't believe they got Aimer to sing for the animation
