  1. Ok so in summary, nilou is a bloom enabler for bloom teams , her skill and burst both scale with max hp , her normal attack talent is useless, and leveling her skill and burst talent will only improve her personal damage not her kit or support capabilities .

    Her skill has two forms when you tap the skill once , you can either use normal attack to infused her damage with hydro lasting 10 sec , or keep taping the skill to creat a hydro Ring around her that applies hydro to enemies near it and last almost the whole skill duration.

    so her first passive basically works only when you play hydro and dendro characters on the team , adding any other element to the team other than hydro and dendro deactivate it , so what it does ? Basically when you use her skill last attack your normal bloom cores will turn into bountiful cores , the difference between them is that bountiful cores explode faster in about 0.9 sec and has larger aoe , this passive has a 100% uptime if you keep using her skill after 30 sec , this passive also grants all party members 100 Em when you take dendro damage witch will trigger easily since the bountiful cores explode faster and do dendro damage

    Her second passive buffs your bountiful cores damage by 9% for each 1k hp she has over 30k hp , max of 400% buff can be obtained if you have 72k hp but realistically without her weapon you will never hit that threshold 300% to 350% will be the best f2p’s can do

    Nilou’s sets are very similar in dps since she doesn’t have a signature set , just use two piece tenacity with any other combo like em pieces or emblem . For her main states triple hp for bloom teams witch is her only teams since she is very restricted, unless you wanna play some weird vap stuff .weapon can be whatever as well either fav for team energy or any other Em sword for more bloom damage if she end up triggering some of them , since we don’t have any sword that gives hp other than her weapon as a main state .

    Her team needs a healer since bloom self damage you and you will be triggering a lot of them , so kokomi is the best option but barbra is usable but preforms less than kokomi , for now the best dendro options are traveler then collei but in the future nahida is gonna be the best and collei will be replaced , so her team is now kokomi DMC and collei , next patch nahida kokomi DMC and nilou .

    Her rotation in those teams are very straightforward, you will start with her use her skill three times to creat the ring around her and trigger her passive to make bountiful cores then immediately swap out since using her burst is unnecessary because she won’t be doing damage with a full hp build anyway , for her team just keep applying dendro and hydro and creat bountiful cores , swap into her every 18 sec to refresh her skill and that is it .

    Her team performs good in aoe for now when nahida is out it will be absolutely busted in aoe , but it will always lacks in single target .

  14. Her E is like a Diluc skill, you can press it multiple times then activates a buff. But If you click E once it will just trigger infusion. She is technically good for bloom teams cuz she makes the bloom explode faster and stronger.

  16. I got Kazuha and Venti on their first 10 pulls early as well. Those two lucky pulls saved me a lot of primogems. I'm at 20K primos now as complete F2P. The highest amount I ever amassed since I started playing. Planning to pull for Nilou once we get the free 10 pull from the anniversary.

With her skill if you push the skill 3 more times instead of doing 3 normal attacks you'll get a ring of hydro around all characters, it will apply hydro consistently and also help with bloom, obviously because it is applying hydro. Nilou is also much stronger if its a dendro + hydro only team comp, I'd suggest Traveller, Collei, Kokomi and of course Nilou, this would be a bloom dps comp as that's what they've built Nilou around.
