Dude, this is probably the worst set of banners for new players. The characters are either specialized, need far away ascension mats, need copies to be good, are just plain bad (I'm looking at YOU, Dori), or ANY combination of the above. You're better off with Noelle; she'll carry you through the early game without much investment.
edit: I mean the limited banners specifically. Fishl's good, too.
I recomend a team with Noelle, as main DPS, Xilonen, Fischl and Kaeya (at least until you get Xiangling in abyss), In the future, try get Furina
I think xilonen is going to be hard to lvl up because u need to reach natlan to get her character materials
