If you look closely at the gif kokomi actually doesn't self apply e more than once. Only at cast like xingqiu. So not as bad as Barbara.

Keep in mind that she doesn't apply the wet status continuously to herself, like Barbara does, only on the initial deployment of her E. Overall her kit seems interesting we'll just have to see her numbers.

I have feeling the new Abyss floor 11 is not just to push for Kokomi but also foreshadowing what's going to come as regular part of the game. We may need both shields and heals in party against future monsters even in the open world.
