Mihoyo is TAKING BACK Primogems from Genshin Impact Player Accounts!

Mihoyo is TAKING BACK Primogems from Genshin Impact Player Accounts! Please don’t do what these other players are doing just for some cheaper primogems because behaviors like this will absolutely get your account banned unless you want to pay even more money than you already have, just to keep the account. It’s just not worth it, dood.

  1. Wait, people are buying primogems, refunding and then not keeping the primogems aside until they are deducted? They fucking deserve it. Don't spend primos you refunded.
Oh, 3rd party primos are bought using stolen credit cards and then they get charge backed.

  2. The same thing happened to me today, but I didn't use a third party thing. I actually bought primos from the game itself. My bank thought it was "fishy" how I was using so much money, so I think they refunded from my account and now I somehow have to pay my 12k primos back in a week.

  3. lol yes, the gacha rate sucks but you're not obligated to spend money on a f2p non-pvp oriented game

so saying that ur all for buying accounts is just hypocritical

  4. basically the third party seller refunded the money for themselves, that's why they're cheaper, and of course the primogems that was bought will turn back to it's previous number, and if they're already used on gacha banners or buying resin n stuff, you will get the minus number.
Third party primos is actually allowed but if they're not trusted, they would just refund the payment so basically he got like 190% (90% from you buying from the third party, and 100% from his own money used to buy your primos on your account)

  5. Have spent lots of money on the game and I am perfectly fine with handling money 😛

It is all about beeing able to limit what you spend.

What I definitely buy is that one blessing that gives you daily primogems and if a banner has a charecter I want I buy the most expensive gems 1 time only.. then if I am to buy more gems I then eather buy the one that is almost the most expensive or the one that gives me at least 1. 10 poll. The 10 poll purchase has only happened 2 times for me so far and it was on Zhongli and Xiao. Have so far been lucky with the polls with getting the 5 stars and are currently only missing Jean and Qiqi.

According to my billing history related to Genshin thr most I spend on it during 1 mo th has been around 300-350 $ at most.. all money was spending money aka.. money that I have saved up to use on whatever I want 😛

  6. You know it'd be funnier if the credit card victims also play genshin impact, and when taking the refund you can actually see the id of the account buying the primogems. If i were that person, i'd add them in game and ask which 5 stars they have gotten using those primogems. And if they have a bunch of them, i'd blackmail them and ask them to pay higher than the official price or i take the refund lol.

  7. Amazing, most if this community is consisting of children or actual retards that defend every shady practice Mihoyo does, but at the same time, if it's the players, then they must shunned…

  8. first of all why would you buy from a third party 😭 man, I'm only a light spender (i only spend on welkins and battle pass) and even though i always see those ads about cheap genesis crystals i never ever had the thought of buying from them.. i always buy my stuff in-game

  9. also, mihoyo isn't forcing you to spend Iyokuu. Your claim for that is bullshit. Account purchasing IS against the TOS, and using third party purchasing because the game charges more? Dude, this the hill you choose to die on? SMH

  10. Lmao my mom got a refund from the gems that you use for primogems. They detect my primogem that I had 10000k to -10000. I’m not sure how they refunded my mom but she did get her money back. I did not steal her card. She bought it for me but changed her mind after. I only used 160 gem things for primogems so the rest was my hard work. My account has not been ban and this was back before Ganyu’s banner was gone. I wanted her so I asked for my mom to buy from the in-game shop.

  11. Mihoyo is like that teacher that ignores bullying but goes insane if someone does something wrong, and they also just randomly punish children for reasons they don't even wanna say because the reason is fucking bullshit.

  12. If mihoyo doesn’t want this to happen then be a little less greedy like ffs ur paying a shit ton of money and u aren’t guaranteed for anything they should have a guarantee from a certain price point. Also like you get max 40 gems from chests 30 or 60 from quests like tf 90 wishes thats like 15k gems for a 5 star and if you just do the daily login to get that amount you need to play 230 days or more that’s almost a full year so gems are just a big ass scam

  13. For EU users, remember that you are protected as long as you didn't break ToS. MiYoHo is forced to refund by law, we saw this with steam riot countless others.
When they pull this crap, both call your bank to seize the movements, tell your bank it's improper movements and follow with a contact to whatever the respective costumer protection department in your country, here's called DECO.

Furthermore, if it was your child, you are protected by criminal code, so its a pretty nono for MiYoHo, so use the services available to you.

Obligatory #NotLegalAdvice, furthermore these protections only exist in Europe

  14. Ill be honest, its on you if you decide to buy primogems from a third-party. Anyone should be sensible enough to know that buying any kind of in-game currencies from third parties is bound to be a scam and not end very well.

Moral of the story, don't be a dumbass and just buy some Genesis Crystals from the actual in-game shop and don't fucking buy other people's genshin accounts either lmao

  15. i mean, not being able to get a refund bc you feel "cheated" by what you got… makes complete sense. it's a gacha aka gambling. you dont go to vegas lose 10k dollar then say nah man can i get a refund

  16. My sister has an experience with negative primogems. She bought some genesis crystals with her card. Some stuff that I don’t understand happened and then there was an investigation if the ridiculous spending on her card was hers or not, and the bank was giver her money. The side effect was that the primogems she bought was also being given back. But she used them. So they turned negative. She had spend around $60 on that account. And had to spend around $350 just to recover all her primogems, since the bank kept giving her money. Thankfully the investigation is over and she’s out of that pit. And for some reason is not scarred from that event and spent money to get Xiao. And this is why I am never spending money on primogems if I ever do spend money on the game.

  17. I have to agree the prices are just God awful, u basically spend $100 for a guaranteed 5 star but at the same time I wouldn't go buy an account because 99% of the time that is someone eles account and they got hacked. In the end that account will be given back to the original owner. My suggestion is when they ask for feedback actually do it and give them suggestion, they most likely won't change their prices but we can give them ideas to make the experience less painful idk

  18. Do not buy accounts. Most accounts being sold are hacked, and once you buy it the hacker selling it can take it back, OR the original account owner can file with Genshin and they will take it back. It’s not worth the risk.

  19. I totaly agree with mihiyo. Like cmon, u BUY primogems. And because you refund u have the primogems and the money back. Its only fair then for them to able to remove your primogems. And thb i think its fair that they remove full bonus too. Its your fault that it happend not theirs. You tried to cheat primogems. So thats your warning. They should be happy that they didnt get banned. Last thing, never buy from 3rd party. They invest millions of cash in games to make money of people that buy their products. But if other people use their investments its fair too for them to be able to remove the bought primogems on the 3rd party purchase.

  20. I had 300 negative primogems but it was because i had refunded it one time on my phone. I never knew it was against the policy at first. But now i earned those primos back. I didn't know people purposely did it more than once though. I thought it was be used if you did it on accident.

  21. Out of complete honesty here, I think this is mainly happening bc of the TRASH rates on 5 stars. The 4 star rates are pretty fair imo. If they would try to increase the rate to maybe a 1.3% percent chance with no pity, and have pity scale from wish 40-70, capping out at 30% then at 90 wishes a guaranteed one no matter what, even if your 89th wish was a legend, because 90 wishes is a crap load of money. That would seem more fair for the players, and give more incentive to wish for a 5 star every banner. Obvio the people who cheat the system are at blame here but genshin should also you know, find hackers and give back players who lost their account their account back somehow with some form of a apology. I never been hacked but I also don't spend much on this game but I do know how it feels to lose something you put a lot of money into, so genshin should take some form of responsibility. Yeah thanks for coming to my ted talk.
