I'm literally skipping all upcoming banners just for Hydro Archon, Focalor. Though it's too far, I cant just spend my primogems easily. I have been clear all chest in current regions available and my source of primogems are the events, archon and story quest, web events, Hoyolab and you know the others. Damn, that is a nice sword. And I'm pulling Alhaitham on my account that has ALL my general infusion characters (Chongyun, Candace, C6 Bennett etc…). If I have some spare pulls I might just have to go for it, I was considering focusing on infusions for a lark since no one really uses them.
EDIT: But yeah, I'm saving for Dehya on my main account. Can't pass that up.

This is a warning ! Don't waste your time , money and Primogems to pull for Alhaitham. That's a Trap ! Chinese players keep complaining about Mihoyo and what's wrong with Alhaitham , they ignore and don't care about the importance of Alhaitham, making players disappointed.

I haven't gone chest hunting in Sumeru and I haven't unlocked those domains that give 40 primogems yet coz I've been waiting for a Dendro character to play as/with. I will be pulling for Alhaitham and exploring the entirety of Sumeru with a goal of 100% map completion.
In terms of the 4stars on the Al H/Xiao banner, it could've been better.
My Xinyan is already C6, so there's no incentive there. Yaoyao would be nice bc I would like a Dendro healer just to have one, but I want Yun Jin for my lantern rite pick (yes all the Liyue 4stars plus Yaoyao will be selectable for invite) since she's only C2.
And even if I was interested in Al H, which I'm not, Dehya now has been officially revealed.
Dehya has been my most anticipated Sumeru character all the way back in the initial Sumeru teasers. Claymores are my favorite weapon type, and since Xinyan is physically geared, I'm lacking a Pyro dps bc I don't really like Diluc.
I'm greatly looking forward to seeing Dehya's kit and weapon in the future.
gonna have to hard pass most five star characters, unless it's Eula or a rerun of the Shogun. other than those characters, i'll be saving up for the pyro archon.

I don’t have pity so I’ll risk Al haitham because I love keqing and if I lose pity I guarantee a hu tao or dehya, which I want to see her kit before I decide between them (I sniped yalen and her bow when she released so I’m all set there). I am lacking a good 2h sword user, best I have is Diluc or beidou. For the 4* on first banner I am missing c6 for xinyan and I have her built. My Yun Jin is only c1 and I really need more cons on her to justify using her on my yoimiya team. And yao yao obv new unit so interesting pick up. Other banner I have all the 4* besides ningguan c6, but I missed hu tao banner 2x now losing the 50/50 wondering if it’s worth even attempting for her this late into it especially since I picked up yoimiya recently but haven’t found a team I like with her or the current abyss cycles have been unfair to her comps I do play (I don’t have zhongli so I feel like I need a decent shielder). Dehya I am hopeful for but I don’t want to be disappointed like how I was with Yae miko but even so my Yae still does a lot of heavy lifting in abyss, just not as dynamic or fun as I would have liked.
What????? I am skipping this banner too. I want Al-Haitham but I don't know, I think I can skip him. I'd rather go with the weapon banner. I want to use Dendro but I have Tighnari I think I should build him or go on with my Dendro MC.
Im happy with the team I have, getting new characters really isn't necessary but I'll pull with whatever free primogems I get

I am seeing a lot of people saying this banner sucks and i don't quite get it. Sure Xinyan but its got a new four star thats already good value and Yun Jin is totally fine. We have had better banners for sure but this is far from being a bad one, unless YaoYao turns out to be the next Dori.

I'm going all in for Alhaitham and his weapon. Don't care about Yelan and Hu Tao, don't care about Dehya and all of the Liyue 4* characters I'm interested in are C6 anyway. Next 5* I'm interested in is Baizhu, but 2 patches are more than enough to save for him.
All I want is Shenhe
