  1. 3:28 and 3:42 The music makes me feel like I'm fighting a Resident Evil boss, while using Clorinde, Navia and/or Chevreuse, the sound effect of the weapons firing brings back memories.

0:28 While this part, while playing with Neuvillete reminds me of the fight against Frieza/Cooler in DBZ Xenoverse 2

  2. I hate to say it, but this is the first weekly boss of Genshin that has pretty bad soundtrack. And I loved at least one phase from every other boss in the game, got all of 'em on my mp3 player. As for this boss, it's the best looking enemy in the entire game so far, his appearance exudes menace. So 1st phase is ok'ish but still lacking something on the melodic part, after a few battles I can't even remember the motive… Phase 2 sounds like closing titles of an anime series from the 90s, but for this fight it was a terrible choice. So yeah, judging by the previous boss soundtracks I was expecting much more than this. Ofc it's just my opinion, some people may disagree.

  3. Rule n°1 of boss themes : if you hear bells and latin lyrics, you know this shit's serious

Rule n°2 of boss themes : if you hear an epic electric guitar solo, you know you've got every card stacked in your favor

  4. The ost is meant as symbolism for clarity for the first time in 500 years. It is a powerful piece of music, but compared to the rest of the weekly boss OSTs it is kinda lacks this surprising punch, the "wow!" factor is missing.
