  3. Yo! Sorry I missed the live stream. Walruss is my dude. They’re really pressing cryo atm. Ganyu is supposed to rerun with Baizhou after Ayaka/Shenhe. …And I missed a ton of time in my hiatus so Im relearning everything.

  4. I think cryo is fine but needs something to make it a little more relevant for bossing.

    I can't imagine dendro will stay meta for too long either if they wanna keep slowly pushing ppl towards spending money on more units unless they only want to make dendro/hydro/electro units only for the foreseeable future. And maybe it's just me but aside from bloom, all the dendro reactions don't make any common sense unlike most of the base game reactions. When I use electricity on my plants they die and don't become stronger. Using electricity on a watered plant irl doesn't turn it into a homing missile. They could do so much more if they could just put in the effort to programme unique elemental reactions (ie: bloodbending for a hydro character, a sandbending geo gaara expy).

    I can think of a couple of ways to make cryo relevant/fun/interesting again:

    – "Slow" as a halfway reaction where it makes every enemy move in super slow motion/bullet time (this kind of exists with vishaps in the TOTM domain already I think, but it could be even more OP). It could work on unfreezeable enemies as a way of making it not as OP as freeze but making cryo still useful on them. It makes it so that you still have to dodge but it's easier for those who don't do it as well. and hey it's even a buff for eula who's main complaint is that unfreezeable/un'cc'able enemies just move out of her burst.

    – Freezing the floor so that enemies slip/slide/stagger all over the place (Similar to overload/shatter). Maybe our characters can use it for yelan/sayu hold e shenanigans as well. Could be like venti's hold e aircurrent but for horizontal traversal and usable by the active character.

    – A character with ice breath/weather manipulation for more consistent off field cryo app (similar to the cryo slime ice breath attack).

  5. This is why I said since long ago, and argued with many stubborn Morgana defenders, that Ganyu MELT is superior than Morgana. I laughed every time I see them suffer in the Abyss and they'd be like.. aw this abyss is not good for freeze and tried to make it work.
    Well the thing is, Freeze reaction and any types of cc (stun, paralyze, petrify, etc) are flawed, they're too powerful that in EVERY RPG game, developers have to cheat with "Bosses cannot be frozen, stunned, paralyzed, petrified, etc) So with this in mind, you know that Freeze is never going to be meta, this is why I don't and never build any freeze related team, including pulling for Ayaka or Shenhe. Future Cryo characters that are going to be meta should be cryo characters that can be played in a Melt comp efficiently, there's no other way. Freeze is not going to be meta until the end of Genshin.

  6. Bro, wtf are you talking about? Second half with Ayaka freeze is super easy xD Freeze on first half is possible but because it's single target in 12-1-1 and 12-1-3 it's not the best choise. I also have a video on my YT from abyss 3.4. My team was Ayaka-Mona-Kazuha-Diona. I also doing this abyss with Ganyaka (Ayaka-Ganyu-Kazuha-Zhongli) and they also destroyed second phase. Cryo is still very good.
    And you have super premium Ayaka team with Shenhe and Kokomi. You can one cycle 3 Maguus if you can get them in one line. So imo that is not bad right?

  7. Ideas for buffing cryo:

    Brittle essence increasing damage you take and deal

    Introduce limiting but buffing characters like nilou, where the team can't freeze but buffs some other reaction

    New character who is dendro and reacts with cryo

    A new element which works well with cryo (light and and cryo making refraction would work if they ever think of making light and dark/void, which are pretty popular for element type games. Light could be a passive or healing element usually but when mixed with cryo becomes a offensive reaction..)

  9. Любители цифр пришли в казуальную игру , увидели бездну и теперь пытаются всех убедить что бездна и есть геншин. Всё нужно под нее подстраивать , даже персонажей выбивать под бездну. Но мы вам не верим. Геншин это не бездна.

  12. Cryo doesn't have reactions with dendro for the same reason pyro is a pain to use with dendro and anemo can't swirl it. Dendro was designed to shake up the meta, which was pyro characters vaping and freeze teams, backed up by anemo for VV. So those two got indirectly nerfed, to give electro an even footing (or a step up, for non-whales) to cryo and pyro. And in that regard, I'd say it worked, for the most part. We now have pyro, cryo, and electro focused DPS teams. And we also do a lot of dendro damage, so you can add that one in as well.

    That said, I think not having cryo interact with dendro is interesting in and of itself. It opens up new wacky possibilities, having two elements be able to co-exist at the same time, without combining into some new aura. That is a nice immediate impact. And then later, they can add something and shake things up again.

    *it's only been 2 years of Genshin we still have another "8 years" as far as Hoyo's plans go…. they have made BILLIONS with barely scratching the surface barely giving us anything honestly..
    can u imagine HOW MUCH money Hoyoverse will make when they really "get serious" and start giving us stuff like ( Super Cryo ) or ( super Pyro ) or whatever…
    yea I think Genshin will be around way long after I'm dead lol 😂

  16. In Pokemon Legends Arceus, the Frozen status was replaced with Frostbitten, dealing damage every time the afflicted Pokemon takes an action and halves their Sp. Atk. Perhaps a new Cryo/Hydro interaction can be introduced in a similar vein?

  18. I feel so called out with ayaka mona freeze team and no shenha! XD
    I used morgana in chamber 2 in this video and in the new abyss reset yestday. It worked but it was hard!

    This new abyss was even worse enemies.I managed to win with morgana again this new reset(In the floors they were used), but I think these abysses are way too tough. Especially the Wenut. That is not a fair boss. Especially with how long its disappearing.

    I hope cryo gets a buff. I am also curious about your views about this new abyss. Is it disrespecful of hoyoverse to make this abyss?
