Yeah, ask Cloud Retainer about picking up abandoned concepts for a speed-based two-wheeled vehicle instead of Xilonen. Adeptal arts are somehow cheaper to produce than phlogiston-reliant relics. Again, bikes in Genshin were drawn up by a different character compared to what we have now, just that the Cloud Retainer added a safety patent with hers later.
