That's should be her normal damage in the game, I don't understand why the passive is: ''Kokomi has a 25% healing bonus '''BUT''' crit rate is decrease by 100%'' ……. literally why?????? couldn't it be just Kokomi has a 25% healing bonus??? Just the healing bonus???….. jesus what a stupid passive
I dunno but Kokomi still feels strong to me, her kit brings something new rather than just purely relying on crit rate as the main basis of having good damage. Meta characters like say, Ganyu, Hu Tao and Xiao are just straight up cheat characters that can just easily beat the whole game no matter what content. Just my opinion tho, not even gonna try and pull for her coz I just got Raiden

For me as a kokomi user crit is not the worse the worse thing is she doesn't have and resistance
