As a Keqing main, I personally am a lil disappointed to see her first alt skin be (more or less) similar to her original attire in terms of profile.
Skins (especially at this price range) should be quite substantially different than their original attire. This skin lets me down as it doesn't really offer any new attire cept heavily playing off the old/original look.
Wish they'd of instead used the skin they showcased in a promo art for last years lantern rite festival (the one where she's dressed more casually, in a nice purple wool top and long skirt).
In the end; What we got feels more like a "premium" recolor than an entirely different skin/outfit.
I bought it within one minute of server going up. No regret.
I rather save my crystals for a Raiden skin since Keqing is trash.

i don’t main keqing, i don’t even play her even though i have her at c1 but if i had the money i’d go and buy it just because it’s so pretty and as a f2p player, saying i want to spend money just for her skin says leagues about how cute it is

For those saying it is overpriced, I agree. However, I’m glad the costume is not a random drop in the wish banner, as some games would have done. It is a flat out price worth of genesis crystals which I appreciate. Still, it is too pricy for a costume.
As a c5 keqing haver, I converted my crystals to primos because it looks worse than default.

For this amount of money other games offer skins with VFX added to them and in a lot of cases these constumes also change the VFX of chracter abilities. In my eyes a skin like this should be around 10€ and skins with a vfx added 19€.
Too premium for what it offers, would rather put that 20€ into velkin + bp especially now that we have 4 characters released in a month.

My keqing is level 20 and I brought the skin the second it came to the shop. Welp time to raise her now.

This is virtually just a recolour, it is far too similar to her regular dress.
I don't have Keqing but am still heavily thinking of buying this skin. She just looks so good in it then when I get her one day I would want to use the skin!

The problem with this skin is that I don't play keqing so why would I bother? They have 4 trash skins that are overpriced but honkai has a top tier skin for a char thats only for a few months. I mean look at fking zhongli, venti, xiao, ganyu, hu tao and other popular chars that were out for way longer and they still don't have a basic skin. Wtf is the point of ningguang and keqing skin?
Imo, this skin doesn’t look that different from her original outfit. I like the electric blue butterfly wing pattern but I wish they’d done something different with her hairstyle and especially with the silhouette of her dress, like made it longer and less poofy, I think it would’ve looked more elegant. If they wanted to keep the pigtails and short poofy dress maybe they shouldn’t have gone for an elegant vibe and instead went with a different style that suit her more. The only reason I’m bothered though is because I’m particular about fashion, I don’t even really like Keqing that much so I guess I’m not the target demographic for this skin anyways, as long as Keqing mains are happy with it then it’s fine ig
(Also no matter how pretty a skin is they’re charging way too much for it but that’s another issue)
Im waiting a skin that can change the animation of the ESkill and EBurst then i will consider to buy it 🤣

It's barely any different from her standard costume. That plus the high price tag makes this one an easy skip. This combined with Mihoyo coming under pressure from the Chinese government to cover up the characters and we get an overall package that isn't worth getting.
