Just a note, you can remove the ! alert from the character icon by 1: collecting your ascension fates, 2: using your constellations, 3: redeeming max friendship rewards in the profiles and 4: selecting each new character from the character select menu (square on the character screen), other stuff like the profile stories and voicelines don't affect the character ! alert, thankfully
Here's how the healing ring buff works: Activate ring, ring now heals current character over time OR if you stick with the healer and fight with them while the ring is active, every attack will cause ALL characters to gain some HP. Barbara, Qiqi and Shinobu all use this ring buff.

About the “leaks” that chat was going crazy about towards the end. Leaks are a pretty big issue in genshin, info/video footage on future updates of the game that have not been made official (and are supposed to be under NDA) but are being circulated and can create false expectations, then people end up upset when the official update turns out different from the leaks. They’re so rampant that it’s quite difficult to avoid them if you frequently consume genshin content on social media. For content creators officially affiliated with genshin, generally it’s in the contract terms that there can be no mention of leaks.

The coloured gauges on the big flower and other enemies are elemental gauges, you can't damage them with normal attacks, only elemental reactions. Basically, Traveler's sword do nadda.
Since the dash has i frames, your best move is to dodge TOWARD the big flower when its doing those ground slams.
