i… don't know how to feel about him. he's not hitting as constantly and as hard as ganyu, and without expensive burst which still penalize your HP, he's basically a chump, while ganyu still did insane 35k per shot with nothing. BUT, in ult, he's still amazing, beating even diluc. second, he's anemo. in elemental team, he has no value whatsoever if you prefer chaining elemental statuses or whatnot. So yeah, he is powerful, but not as powerful compared to the last banner.
Rolled for him… got Diluc. I am not sad,, just a bit disappointed.
You forgot the most important thing for building his team! You NEED a healer!! If you don't use a healer on him then he'll die very quickly

So I’ve been building xiangling for awhile to be my dps, and I just pulled razor. What do I do? My team has always been xiangling, Barbra, kaeya, and the mc ( I’m starting to think he is useless but I need a cc). I also have amber, Lisa, xingqui(c2), and beidou. I need a cc and healer so that means Barbra and the mc r a given. So I either get rid of xiangling or Kaeya, but I’d lean towards kaeya.is it worth it building up razor as dps but if I do, what do I do with xiangling?

He's not op at all especially at c0 he definitely is just a generally strong character but he has a lot of setbacks that make him ineligible for "op" status at c0 at least
