Is Rhinedottir truly Evil? (Genshin Impact 4.5 Lore and Theory)

i might pull for albedo in 4.5 so I decided to talk about rhinedottir cause I dont think ive made a vid dedicated to just her before. Rhinedottir, an alchemist from the hexenzirkel, is someone im sure we will meet in Khaenri’ah who has some connection to Alice, surely we meet them eventually. I wanna pull Chiori, but I kinda just wanna wait arlecchino gameplay leaks before I decide if I want Chiori c1. if alrecchino is leaked to have a scythe, then good night chiori. although i kinda also want chiori weapon cause it looks nice. sigh everything hinges on how genshin looks in 4.6, such a shame.

  1. I think Rhinedottir just stopped questioning 'should' when pursuing 'if' she could create something. When we finally meet her in game I wouldn't be surprised if she has a personality not dissimilar to Ruan Mei from HSR (exhibiting signs of sociopathy).

  2. Dawit could make a video of discussing how strong are the hexenzirkel and in what tier could they be placed. They seem insanely powerful but are rarely acknowledged by other powerful people of tevyat. Is it coz they are glass canon?

  3. Now that I think about it, so many of the enemies we fight are related to Khaenriah in one way or another (Fatui because of the Tsaritsa’s plot because of Khaenriah, ruin guards, rift wolves, hilichurls, abyss order) so in other words, fuck Khaenriah their actions are the cause of way too many of the problems in this story. If only they stayed in line even without worshipping gods everything would have been fine.

  4. To be fair, we don't know that she originated khemia, or if it was being used for a long time before she was even born, since we don't know if Rhinedottir had immortality before her people were cursed during the Cataclysm and Khaenri'ah existed underground for thousands of years before the Cataclysm and would probably have been using khemia to create food for most/all of that time.

Similarly, we don't know if she is the one who started accessing Abyssal energy as a power source, or if that was a standard practice in Khaenri'ah even before she came onto the scene.

  5. To be fair, we don't know if she was just being blamed for the cataclysm. From what we've learnt abt Khaenriah, it seems that they were way too interested in abyssal energy. If they fucked up and found out (by opening that huge af hole we see in the tunigi hollow), then it's just petty to blame Gold for everything XD But she and her creations caused so much destruction (killed 2 archons, almost destroyed Mondstadt, the chasm and the whole of Inazuma, polluted Fontaine's waters, etc) that I don't know if any excuse could be enough at this point. There's no way she didn't know about the possible risks of what she was doing.
