Maybe a little late? (Thanks YaoYao), but Baizhu at least looks like he could have a solid niche in Dendro reaction teams.

Being a healer in Genshin is rough
Not only do they have to compete with shields, but they also must do something else besides healing because of the “challenge” criteria Hoyo forces onto us. The fact that everything is time based, and not survival based means the only thing that matters is how much damage you can put out in a given amount of time.
I think his "shield" (paper thin, mind you) is there for resistance to interruption. This is so my Keqing/Cyno not being slapped and thrown away every 2.5s
well he has a shield and Nilou needs shield so i guess still more utility compare to Dehya
I'm thinking going Keqing, Baizhu, Nahida and Kazuha/Fischl. I just got my girl Misplitter and she will be superbuffed

The problem is that the expectation was "Nahida but healer". But actually, he is a side-upgrade for Yaoyao. Also, in my opinion, it's not that Baizhu is bad, it's that Yaoyao feels like a 5 star unit with only her C1. And she was given for free.
I'm probably not pulling for him to be honest. I think I'll spend my wishes in Shenhe since I finally got Ayaka and I have the feeling that Freeze and monocryo teams will still be relevant after all.
pretty unexciting ngl, he will probably be ok… just tired of "ok" characters. Hoping for something exciting from Fontaine because 3.5 and 3.6 new units are kinda boring.
Having got Nahida, Alhaitham, Collei and Yaoyao (both C6) all maxed, I'm all dendroed out. Also I already have a varied and heavily invested healers and shielders roster, so the fabulous Baizhu will be a pass. No more pulls for me until Fontaine :3

Okay, this is a weird team idea I have for him, but please hear me out😂 A burning/overload team. Fire dps, electro off field dps, anemo crowd control, and Baizhu healer.

I don't know. I've loved Baizhu since my first visit to Bubu Pharmacy. Kit feels very underwhelming. At this point I don't know whether or not I'll wish for him. He seems a tad useless/redundant. BIG Sadge! 😢😢😢

When it says "YOU'RE OWN" followed by anything, it is referring to Co-op, stating that other people with same characters abilities and attacks will not proc your own skills/ascensions/passives.

I was initially going to give him a 4 piece dendro set but I just realized my nahida already has that set. Im not sure what to build him with now. I plan to use him in my Keqing + Yae + Nahida Aggrevate team.
10 seconds feels lengthy until you compare it to other healing skills, and the fact that it hits party-wide without being tied to a burst or requiring him to stay on-field and land auto attacks is actually nice.
Might just be an easy time to save up for a lot of people. I like getting at least 1 copy of new 4-stars to mess around with but I might not want to risk my pity, depends on what kind of drip marketing we get next I guess.
even with Nilou he's kinda meh. Nilou teams already have plenty of healing options. She's got Yao Yao, Kokomi, Barbara and even Prototype Amber Nahida (It's better than you think).
And after the Wenut, I doubt anyone would want to go for more healing instead of more dmg.
Baizhu is trash and the Baizhu simps are clowns. Wake up and stop rolling for garbage units, go touch grass or find a partner.

Dude 12% of 50000 is 6000hp heal plus 1500, how much heals you need
Im not loaded with primo i rather save some primo for Fontaine. Baizu feels ok but you can also do with yao yao
