  1. So Tl;DR

If your team needs a hydro enabler DPS with tons of Hydro application that synergize with characters like Xiangling, pick Childe.
If your team needs an AoE Hydro Hypercarry that uses NAs, therefore benefitting from Yunjin or Yelan, pick Ayato.
If your team needs a Hydro Hypercarry that uses CAs and whom plays along Fontaine's HP fluctuation shenanigans(Because leaks show Furina's kit will play along a lot with these), pick Neuvilette.

Also, given Neuvilette heals himself, there's no need for Dendro or Electro healers in your hyperbloom teams, so half of Kuki's kit becomes pointless for Neuvilette.

  2. My dilemma is I have Childe, Ayato, the bowl cut twins, Kokomi and Nilou built with plans for hydro archon and I’m still wanting to wish for Neuvillette even though I know I don’t need him. Why do they have to make hydros so cool?!

  3. i think none of your hypothesis right, neuvillete will good only for fountaine synergi and will go crazy with unreleased character type…
considering next region was pyro nation so look back when inazuma release people think all electro was bad then suddenly be the strongest with dendro synergi… yes the answer is fountaine character maybe great with natlan character just like inazuma electro powering the dendro to top tier elemental…
mondstad anemo for supporting the starter game, liyue the geo? idk maybe it is a mistake, then inazuma for supporting dendro, now fountaine hydro for supporting the pyro

  4. Really liked that you mentioned at the end, to just pick whoever looks/feels the best for you 😀 because Genshin is probably the least competitive game there is on the market, and you can easily clear everything in the game with little to no effort with all the characters 🙂

  5. remember TC is often assume 1v1. thats why childe always loses to any unit u compare him with bc hes a aoe focused dps. when his quadratic scaling works he goes beyond any other dps in the game

    lets pretend
childe "modestly" deals 5k riptide to 5 enemies and his dmg is formulated: 5^2 * 5k = 125k (quadratic scaling)
ayatos 15k NA hits the same number of enemies: 15k * 5 = 65k (linear scaling)
neuvillette CA deals 20k to the same number of enemies: 20k * 5 = 100k (linear scaling)

  6. Yea video is a bait 💀 3 of them have different teams and role, only the hydro element is common, why not compare with mona or candace then 🥶. Childe is the best driver at c0, Ayato better at off field + on field, Nuevilette is idk still not tested enough

  7. I have way too many hydro characters but Neuvillette seems so cool and the story helps with me wanting to pull for him. If you want style and base damage I'd say
Neuvillette is so great! Lets hope for HP buffers tho.

  8. If i have to compare all three,

    – Neuvillette = Higher Personal Dmg
    – Childe = Best Hydro Application
    – Ayato = Jack of All Trades

And this is coming from an Ayato main..

  9. Lets be honest were everyond is excited for him i will bet many that pull for him will box him and that will be the end of it. Not every character, no matter how handsome or strong, is going to jive with every player. Some will get him and love him. Other will realize that once they get him, they really don't like how he plays. It is still too early to de throne anyone.

  10. Neuvillette will be same like Kuki for now. As like Kuki was underrated and later boom when Dendro comes. So it will same like Natlan time as well when Neuvillette will shine there. Or maybe as like Zhongli pillars standing and Neuvillette uses beam and splash damage on pillars as per mechanics if i tell

  11. Its probably going to come down to playstyle. I think they made Neuvilette in line with the Lore we learned in Ekonomiya, purely speculation, but Neuvilette doesnt seem to move around a lot in combat, this is where the Lore comes in and the reason for the cane. Childe moves around a lot. Ayato is not that more mobile. Will be very interesting once play tests are done. I think Neuvilettes lack of movement might upset some.

  12. neuvillette competes with childe because neuvillette best support is kazuha and childe loses a ton without kazuha.

overall neuvillette impact both of them in the same way.

if you have childe and neuvillette, you will not be able to play international to it's full potential without kazuha/childe synergy

if you have neuvillette and ayato, you will give the best units for hypercarry neuvillette and than use other teams with ayato as he is flexible and cna fit every composition

if you can only choose 1 of them( and this is high speculation when it come sot neuvillette)

    – if xianling is your favorite chracter than child eis the easy choice as he support her really well

    – you want to make a team with any unit than ayato

    – neuvillette if you want to play hypercarry but with a little bit of variety.

i am a neuvillette and ayato main( i also have childe, i like hydro on fielders), overall for the average player of genshin, that is somewhat casual and don't play super effectively i would recommend ayato, even if to be honest i can see neuvillette becoming my favorite as i will hyper invest on him
