note: my albedo is lvl 80/80 with 80/80 r5 Spindle, so there's room for him to perform better in the team comparisons, and yes this includes in multi-target scenarios, but not enough to change my mind about the value of pulling for him over other more accessible characters within dendro's niche.

I already invested alot into xiao, his weapon and got zhongli for him so why not just pull Albedo too? Also an excuse for me to complete my collection lol
The reason why I'm getting Albedo is because he's one of the best looking characters in the game imo. I mean….he looks so cool!! I got the Sinabar Spindle so this is an easy pull for meeeee

I'm sorry, but that is terrible damage for Albedo, which kinda makes the comparison video questionable.
Freedom-Sworn Albedo is 20% ATK/125EM (A4)/16% Normal/CA/Plunge damage. Plus shields and ER. He provides good buff values for a solo C0. He does lose some buff value without FS though. Not the biggest buff value in the game, even solo. And lacks 4P VV. But for a single non-anemo, he is very good utility.
Additionally, C0/1 Itto can easily make use of the bonus particles from Blossom. So can CX Zhongli.

The one character I regret getting. Not even any 4 star has earned the ire that he has…..
I put Wanderer's Troupe on Tighnari and Deepwood Memories on Albedo once for an Abyss run on a friend's account. Team was Tighnari-Fischl-Zhongli-Albedo. It was very scuffed. Tighnari didn't even have a dendro goblet or the greatest artifacts, and Albedo's artifacts were…like +16 or +12, so his personal damage was terribly brought down.
Still managed to clear it, somehow?

I don't use hutao ever. Not interested. so I'm glad it's the only albedo team affected in the dendro introduction. My Cyno is doing very well with the energy recharge currently so I can pair albedo up with Cyno, Zhongli and either dendro Aether or Xingqiu.

I have C6 Noelle and I can’t decide if I want to pull for Albedo or save my pity for the next banner 😧
solid unit that fits in any team (obviously excluding freeze comps). Cinnabar is nice if you have it but he also takes full advantage of Harbinger of Dawn (Yay! Cause base ATK is irrelevant to him!)!
Edit: For anyone who asks, refinement with Cinnabar is nice, but it still outperforms HoD at R1 🙂
eh, easy skip. many better characters (like Nahida) are around the corner. albedo is only really good in mono-geo, which most players don’t play.

I'm pulling on his character for beidou instead of nilou's because i have c6 ninnguang and might be meant to be if I get lucky who knows. I want Beidou
I love using my Albedo (had him since ~1.2, was it?). However, ever since he got phased out from my HuTao team, I had to find a new team for him. Now, he sits comfortably in my double geo quicken (ZhongBedo + Tighnari + Yae) team, though granted this IS a very expensive team and is not exactly the most meta. Fischl might be a good choice, but the quickswap nature (and turrets) of the team works better with him!
I think Albedo was one of Hoyo's experimentation with crystallize shield that went south.
Albedo is actually a really good holder of 4p archaic petra, you lose a bit of dmg from his skill something like 22k compared to 25k blooms but, he can create that really really powerful shield crystal
