  1. Do what ya gotta do man. There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a variety streamer. Hope you enjoy the new Fontaine stuff! And if ya don't, it's no big thing. At the end of the day, games are meant to be fun.

  3. I think the biggest reason Honkai Star Rail reception has been so different is because a great portion who hopped on the star rail bandwagon came from Genshin and saw how terrible people were generally acting (my optimistic interpretation of it anyway, on top of the type of game story-wise and gameplay-wise appealing to different crowds). [You] As someone who has stuck true to your word, I believe and respect your decision to check out the update and move on with life. Genshin and it’s general attitudes and playerbase(past and present) have not been kind to you, but your willingness to reach out anyway reminds me to keep having faith in people as people because if anyone is capable of making a human difference by reaching out to others, it’s you and you motivate me to try. I sincerely hope you have fun with the update, whether it’s good or bad, or i hope you can make peace with it and move on if you can’t enjoy it if it ends up being that bad. (I personally am worried about the swimming speed underwater and the storage requirement but that is just me). I wish you well πŸ™‚

  4. You might have to actually do the archon quest to progress. Parts of the Sumeru quest were great. Definitely would skip the aranara quest though. That shit was like 99% filler. Just watch Ashikai talk about them and you should be caught up.

Hoping it goes well, but not very optimisitc from what I've seen. I'm just not engaged with fontaine, the last few patches have been ass, and this one looks pretty mid other than a bit of new scenery, and I'm pretty sure the new mechanic is going to amount to pull new characters or else, in which case I'll prob bail.

  5. Recently wanted to start playing again to see my Eula and Shenhe, so its kinda funny that Tectone and ig a lot of other people have kinda wanted to come back regardless of the shit community around the game. Hopefully you have fun Tectone and stay cool in TX, its hell on earth here, fuck.

  6. Much love, Teccy. I hope you enjoy playing it, but it's okay if you don't. Don't feel the need to play if you become very uninterested again.
Always will be here no matter what though. A few differing opinions doesn't mean I can't love the content and energy you bring to this space. One of the best to watch by far.

I absolutely love Alhaitham and Nahida, so I do recommend it if you ever get that chance.

  7. i think it could be a good idea to maybe have someone start a f2p account for you and catch it up. cos tbh watching your star rail f2p journey has been really fun, so this is something i’d be very interested in watching. whatever you do end up doing though, best wishes <3

  8. I’m sure someone has probably said this already, but as far as quests you should bare minimum watch, I think even jaded players would agree that the quests involving Jeht are fantastic, and I thought the β€œCaribert” Archon Quest was also well done. You’d probably enjoy the latter, 90% of it has zero Paimon. I’m a regular watcher, as I play HSR too, but I hope Fontaine is a good experience for you and all of us as well.

  9. This just seems like a long relationship where we see each other once in a while and look at everything but each other at the dinner table.

But in all honesty, I'm gonna keep watching while you're playing genshin. I'm playing the game through your videos!

  10. I have to say, back when you did play genshin I did used to think you were a bit of a whiny bastard but I never actively threw hate at you, yet, I have to say, throughout 2023 I have enjoyed watching your content and it is clear now that you are happier and enjoying life far more, I'm excited for you to return and to see your charmingly callous reactions to things in the game lmao

  11. no hate or anything but the ppl saying that sumeru was the worst one are wrong. it was super long and kinda strectched out but it was really good storywise. not saying u should do it just saying that u shouldn't always believe haters- but still im really happy that you are going to play genshin again.i found u when u were still playing genshin and i loved it. dont listen to some braindead chronically onlines bitches who dont have anything else to do then be racist and homophobic and hate everything for no reason at all. hope you enjoy your time playing genshin again!

  12. I'm excited for whatever content you decide to give us. Please do what you enjoy, because that is more enjoyable to watch. If you still haven't found a friend or two that you can truly call your friend(someone who tells you the truth about your situation and truly loves you by trying to better your life) (a friend is not someone who avoids things that you may need to fix, a friend is someone who tells you what you need to hear in a way that helps you and not in a condescending manner), just remember that Texas is in the bible belt. I'm sure you can find someone who can be there for you through the good and the bad. Thank you for the hard work. Excellent video! πŸ‘

  13. Hey Teccy. Do something original and try maybe streaming doing some sports, fitness, going out, playing with friends. Outside, fresh air, with other ppl. That would be cool. Cheers πŸŽ‰πŸ˜Š
