Windtrace is a limited event gamemode in Genshin Impact allows players to hide and seek or like playing prop hunting. In version 4.6, wintrace is back with new features and prevent players to afk the entire game by hiding in unreachable or secret spot.

They need to remove CD on the hunter's skill, the lag is already bad enough as is
there is actually a glitch btw, if you get caught and teleport to thise cage thingies if you press spirnt on the right time you are able to escape without waiting the time being and will be able to repair stuff but you cannot use your abilities

this version is honestly so fun both as hunter and rebel
I love those moments when you work together and win. Love it even more when you distract or teammates distract the hunter for a clinch repair for the win.
If only windtrace had a tea pot mini game version. Even the classic version of it would suffice.

How to catch a rebel in windtrace :
Step 1 : predict where they will be 5 seconds later
Step 2 : click skill on that spot
Result : with lag, it catches them
Mobile bakery
Wish they really make Windtrace permament, they can easily balance it around and add new features with each update, such as ranked system, more mechanics, character specifications and other stuff.
Characters can be free for this mode by the way. Easy Dead by Daylight killer for me because Rebels counts as single team unlike Survivors in DBD.
