I Traveled Back to Genshin Version 1.0…

In this video, I challenged myself with using Characters from Genshin Impact Version 1.0. To make it more interesting, I limit myself to using ONLY 1.0 Artifacts and weapons, so the character builds were definitely more of a challenge.

Not Genshin Impact Leaks, or Genshin Impact Reacts, but a Genshin Impact Challenge. If I Die, I Roll kind of video. This is a not a Genshin Impact Reincarnated into a newbie with one thing in mind, but a Genshin Impact Co op funny moments video.

More About Genshin Impact:
Genshin Impact is a free-to-play action role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo. The game features a fantasy open-world environment and action-based battle system using elemental magic and character-switching, and uses gacha game monetization for players to obtain new characters, weapons, and other resources. The game is online-only and features a limited multiplayer mode allowing up to four players to play together. It was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Android and iOS on September 28, 2020. Genshin Impact is also planned to release on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5; playability of the PlayStation 4 version on PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility was added on November 11, 2020.

Genshin Impact takes place in the fantasy world of Teyvat, which is home to seven distinct nations, each of which is tied to an element and ruled by a god associated with it. Inspired by Moga, itsPaikon, and JavaTheCup. The story follows a twin, referred to as the Traveler, who has traveled across many worlds with their twin but has become separated from them by an unknown god in Teyvat. The Traveler travels across Teyvat in search of the lost sibling with their companion Paimon and becomes involved in the affairs of the other nations, gods, and the world.

The game received a generally positive reception, with critics praising the combat and open-world freedom, while some criticism was raised at its endgame. The game received generally positive reviews, with critics praising the combat and open-world, while others criticized its shallow endgame and monetization model. A commercial success, the game grossed over $2 billion in its first year of release.

  1. To be completely fair, powercreep isnt that bad in Genshin, you can still use 1.0 characters like Klee Diluc etc, hell even Fischl Bennett Xiangling are still meta and used

Genshin powercreep isn't really a powercreep since Diluc, Hu Tao etc can clear the content. It is way better than HSR where you are forced to pull too clear the content(Endgame content relies heavily on meta and newest characters).

HSR powercreep isn't overall bad, but Genshin does a way better job keeping characters somewhat relevant with time. As characters like DHIL, Jingliu, Blade got powercreeped when they were considered the best when they got released

Hu Tao is still amazing, Venti is still viable, Yelan didn't powercreep Xingqiu(as he is still used), you get me

  2. I’m really upset that Genshin Impact is filled with Satanic influences, most of the characters have devil names and most quests contain satanic rituals even if it’s a game it might have effects like humans aren’t the only one reaching modern technology, every species evolves in their own way and so do these ancient devils, I even bought BP and have 29 days of welkin left and with this amount of satanic stuff bothering me I had to delete it cause even if I ain’t that religious I don’t want to worship these devils and wish for them to come “home”.

I actually have a dream, maybe make a fantasy land like genshin but without this gacha system, I need to learn the basics so it’s not gonna happen anytime soon but I want something that is right for both parties (devs and consumers)

Consumers should get what they deserve, and games shouldn’t be addictive, I’d like to add a system that tracks the time you’re playing and suspends your account when it reaches 3 hours and lifts the suspension when the new day begins, you should get the characters you deserve no doubt.

Now you might say how’ll this be beneficial for me? I dream of making a game like this and playing cause no one has ever made something close to what I imagine.

this game shouldn’t only focus on combat, it should be close to real life actions too, the cooking process should be unique, P2P players won’t have advantage in this game cause you can’t progress further with BP or other Subscriptions, all should be equal in game combat and in terms of how long someone can reach a certain level, there’ll be various skins that can be obtained with events or bought, pets, unique profiles? well I think that’s enough and everyone wins (hopefully)

  3. I always feel so nostalgic with 1.0, I didn't play much at the beginning of the game but it felt so good, the "big" map (nothing to do with the actual map lol) the graphics, character designs, dynamics, how cursed co-op was, the expedition limitations etc, I regret I didn't really play more, every time I remember I wanna go back bro

  4. I started playing Genshin on day 1. I still remember the 120 resin cap, random material drops in domains on Sunday, and how sending characters on expeditions made them unavailable for playing. I don't miss those days.

As for the LOLcal LELgends… Jean is a 1.0 character. Just saying.

  5. I always liked genshin for actually not having much powercreep, my nahida hyperbloom which is full of 4star characters can easily beat the hardest content of the game and a typical xiangling team on the other side also beats the abys without issues, and most of the characters are 4stars !
yes I can beat the abys with a mostnly fontaine and natlan team but it doesnt take less time than the older and better established teams, we dont have much powercreep
tho yes, we have like 2 or 3 extremly top tier defining characters at each nations, but they dontppowercreep the last ones, its just an extra one, characters like raiden, nahida, neuvillette, mulani

  6. devalin, I actually never fought it as a weekly boss because I would die instantly back then and it didnt have multiplayer which REALLY sucked, I couldnt beat anything without multiplayer, tho I beat it for the first time at like ar50 with a nahida bloom team in 3.1 or 3.2, I still dont like this boss due to being kinda anoying
the wolf weekly boss, well, I was a diona dps main and I did most of my damages with diona and then with sucrose, neither can do damages to the wolf which forced me to fight with normal attacks when I beat it through the storry and it was Bruttal, also its hard to reach place makes it so its my least killed boss in the game, and it going around u for like what feels multiple days when it falls at half health doesnt make me want to fight it
the ocenaid, I didnt actually beat it a single time until I got nahida, nahida really saved my account and there was many characters that I never managed to build in the early game due to the ocenaid making me wait for the late game before I could beat it
the fire plant was easy as a diona dps main due to cryo attacks, but the ice plant which I needed to kill for diona was absolute torture and I had to use amber just to take down the shield and it was pain
fighting tartaglia was not a great experience for me, actually I did kill it with solo diona dps and it was pain and it took me hours and actually was a real skill check and I almost rage quited when I discovered that there is a last phase after the video cutsceen…

  7. That was a fun (chaotic) co-op. So glad I was able to participate. Btw this is chibienvychan, aka Levi_XIII. Ehe~

Poor Benny. The one boss he survived is the one not shown here, Signora. His bad luck streak continues.

Also my Venti is built as a hybrid dps. He can deal damage and provide some support with his cons and VV set. So yeah, he's not C0. But anyways looking forward to future chaos… content.

    Ehe~
