Java my man im not sure if you read this but as a fellow neuvilette with owner i can only emplore you to swap the critdmg circlet (assuming he has one with those critstats) for a critrate one. marechausse does give him a decent chunk of critrate but given you run his signature so does it for critdmg. the reason your neuvilette just didnt crit sometimes was because of his barely 70% critrate. especally accounting for marechaussee. his highs are extreme but when he never crits he feels very inconsistent hence why your runs felt soo inconsistent because neuvilette critting or not made such a huge difference. groing from 30/290 to 60/230 would make his peak critdamage lower but his average damage much more consistent which makes crit rng ruining runs like with this abyss much less of a gamechanger. neuvilette desciding to randomly crit as weve seen costs you a massive ammount of time especally when he descides to drop a few crits over a run
ideally neuvilette with marechaussee is as close to ass possible BUT DOESNT SURPASS 64% critrate
You don't actually need that much crit rate on Nahida because she has a passive that increases the crit rate of her skill based on EM. It's a bit different if you're on DPS Nahida though.

7:44 because that’s their way of making it “hard” other than elemental restrictions. That way you lose time to the enemies spawning in each wave.

I was struggling with the first half of chamber one until I realized If I swiped my Tighnari aggravate teal for my Keqing aggravate team I could 3 star it. It drives me nuts that they have been doing a mix of single and multi target on BOTH sides of floor 12 . Not a lot of teams handle both well
