That spear is a Yao Yao weapon. At least that is the best option on my account.
Isn’t research and potion-making Sucrose’s expertise? She literally drops a potion during her idle animation. I recognize her and Albedo helped by providing the alchemical supplies, but it still seemed silly to me that Sucrose didn’t play a more important supporting role in this event

For those that are unaware, the three main characters that can use this polearm (to my knowledge) are Yaoyao, Chevreuse, and Mika. I personally put it on Yaoyao, but Chev's also a decent choice I guess XD

I love this event, I wouldn't mind more like this in the future. I spent so long on this event and was sad when I had to wait for the last day to unlock lol.
This event made everyone feel stupid and an idiot at the same time😅 but it is fun and enjoyable😊

Cries in YaoYao, LoL! No, but seriously, haven't fully leveled it yet myself, waiting to get all the refinement mats, but works great on Chevreuse, YaoYao, and Mika, looks best on Mika. All 3 need HP and Energy for burst, especially Mika. We might get more HP scaling Polearm healers in the future too. Also works for super TANKY Zhongli shield, too bad he can't get energy from the passive, and better options for him, but it looks funny. Or try on Hu Tao is desperate or bored.
8/10 Polearm, would do Event again.
Oh, also, a craftable Polearm from Fontaine works almost the same, but gives energy from any healing, even if not from the wielder. Think it's called Rightful Reward, I have one R5 on my Chevreuse. She can easily fully recharge her Burst from 2 uses of her E skill in open world before going into Co-op, very useful and looks nice on Chevreuse.

The spear actually looks good on Mika, and works for him too. Too bad, his Captain is too energy hungry that I just can't remove Fav Spear on him just yet.

the weapon has comfortable place on my Yaoyao, it doesn't conflict much with its color scheme and Yaoyao appreciates the energy and main stat, when Sigewiene release she might like it a lot too. the weapon has a sort of "Magical Girl" or "Priestess" type look as well which is fun since its a fantasy game anyway.
really had fun with part 1 and 2 of it but still cant help but saying it was very rushed
the interface was bad especially for the gardening part and the upgrading of potions… and it could have needed some more interactions etc
for what I thought would be the "great" event of this patch it is already almost over…

I think the staff is supposed to be a Mika weapon. It matches him, he's the only polearm healer besides Chevreuse, and he's from Mondstat.
The livestream really down-sold this event lol. It's pretty fun.
This whole event just makes me wanna replay the Atelier Mysterious series again. This event feels like a lite sample of their alchemy gameplay.
