Apologies for this not being an entertaining video. It’s just something I’ve been dealing with regarding my main account and MiHoYo, so I wanted to share what’s been going on.
I don’t want to stop playing on my main account on Genshin, as I’ve put in a lot of time and effort, and I have so many characters I want to build. Yet investing more time into the account seems risky considering I could easily lose access to the account permanently, and MiHoYo does not seem inclined to help at all.
Do I expect anything to come of this video? Not really. I more-so wanted to make it so you are all aware of what’s going on “behind the scenes” so that you can understand my mindset when making decision such as creating new accounts in the future.

why you don't just send them this video? (+maybe a list of all your videos where your UID is visible) and write to them with the e-mail of your YT account, google's support might help you to confirm to them that your e-mail is the owner of this channel. this has worked out in other games before, so it might be an option for you as well.
I don't know why people open the reroll accounts with temp emails and then switch to a permanent email if they get something good instead of doing the opposite and opening the account with the permanent email and changing it to a temporary email if you don't get anything good. That in my opinion is safer.

I have 5 accounts logged in and I hate it bc I’m the kind of person who likes to make a lot of progress on one account but I don’t want to ditch the other accounts
Maybe you could subscribe to whatever service you got the original email from for the minimum amount of time possible to change your email.
Dw mate i understand the pain, got my main acc hacked after spending 110. Mihoyo is taking so much time to answer, sent my ticket on january 20th, they might even say no to me

this could be a little bit risky but make sure ur not recording bc there is hackers but posibly say the old email the accounts pass the signature and when u started for a little bit more proof

This same case happened to me. I filled out everything and it was identical to what I had, yet it still says they can't recover it. I included a lot of tiny details and still it didn't work out. In my case, my account was hacked and I was trying to recover it. However, I gave up and start over. My main acc which is at AR 55 had a lot of 5 stars and I spent some money on it. But, I'll just let the hacker loose. I restarted another acc which is quite lucky like my 1st one, so no complaints on that. though I hope they do a better job on recovering accs though. (Feel free to disagree with me, this is my opinion only)
You could probably buy something on your account, send one week later the same email and provide payment information and then they will be more than happy to help you out. The most likly issue that you had is that you gave them information that is publicly available in some cases, which makes them useless, lets say someone were to try to steal an account of an streamer and he just submits data thats basically documented of that account in form of people having seen it when that person got an character and so on, if they gave the account to the one submitting the data then they would f-up really hard. The only information that most often is not public available are payments which is the one thing you probably only need to provide since all the other information doesnt really matter much

Wow, you seriously made a bunch of accounts for the free wishes when baal was out to get baal on your account rather than just WHALE it out or work on saving for it? And now youre explaining to everyone that youve made a bunch of fake accounts for the 20 freebies in hopes of getting baal, and when you finally got baal, you complain about not getting the account because youre an idiot not wanting to work for it and just pay for it considering youve gotten alot of views and followers…

It's not just Mihoyo… Once I got my email hacked and had to switch email address, and I can't tell you how tedious it is to update your email on every account you have on your computer, especially when everything asks you for a confirmation which mail is sent to the old one (of course…)
Man I feel bad for you however it kind of feels like your own laziness was your own downfall.
can hackers hack the account though? but yeah you cant play it to another PC too since it needs verification. That would suck if your PC dies.

I lvld up to ar 55 and was on world 6 bc no one i have is lvl 90. Now im stuck on world 7 and everywhere i go the dangerous sign pops up in every region. Ugh.
Raiden is coming back in 2.5 just make an account and spend some money, you were already planing on spending money on this supposed acc of yours, honestly speaking, if you find alternatives to ease your way into rerolls you are bound to encounter problems like these, specially when mihoyo frowns upon rerolling and I bet my ass mihoyo knows Abt these free emails that's why they not letting up

I think Mihoyo CS is getting tired on this as there are people who create new accounts, roll and sell them to players and they may have gotten way too many requests that it buries legitimate account concerns.
Still I think their CS is lacking. They should at least have a live chat feature now considering emails are just so outdated especially from a big company. It took me almost a month to get my PSN Genshin account deleted so I could transfer my main account that I was playing through my PC. This was before the crossplay. I got several requests declined due to seemingly "wrong info" but not telling me what was wrong. It was only through an email were I was showing frustration that their CSR gave in to my request.
So you were basically cheating, and you're salty about it. Rationalize it however you like "Rerolling" is cheating. You're gaining the benefit of essentially unlimited rolls to get a thing you want while paying none of the associated costs. You've just made the best argument for games like this being buy-2-play. ¬_¬

If u spent money w credit card u could prove that u paid for things cuz card would be on your name(u can only buy the 1$ pack so u dont spent a lot of money but i know u said "i dont want to spent a single dollar")
