My best artifact was just recently and it's an emblem feather with 8.9 CR to 29.5 CDmg and my only piece that has Crit Value 42ish or above. Could've gone to 48 Crit value if starter crit roll wasn't a min value.
I do also have a Blizzard strayer cr dmg crown with 15.8 Crit rate, and an on piece Blizzard strayer cryo dmg bonus with 37 Crit value with 11.something crit rate and 17.1 crit dmg. It was a 3 line starter which prevented it from being any better than it was.

That 103 crit rate Xiao could be so mich better with Staff of Homa. Hopefully in the future they get it, he would then have around 260 crit dmg and STILL have around 80 crit rate which is more then enough xD

honestly, i think yoimiya takes the crown here. while crit rate is good in xiao, 103% is overkill. it’d be better if they had 200+ crit dmg and sacrifice maybe 20% crit rate rather than have 180 crit dmg and such high crit rate. yoimiya is much more balanced. she’s got 70% crit rate which is around the ideal for her and a crazy amount of crit dmg. that’s insane.
