I am currently not doing ascension ranks bc i want to level up my characters as much as possible so I will become unstoppable
Now, I think toxic BOTW player will stop insulting genshin as a "entirely copied Zelda:BOTW"

Fontaine made me enjoy genshin again, underwater exploration is so enjoyable. And btw, the underwater scenery is in perfect harmony with "Under the sea" from the little marmaid 😆

The underwater mechanic could be a sign. That Aquaman will make his crossover as a playable character. He will be a Hydro polearm unit, obviously.

If you ever need it again, quests/cutscenes start again if you close the game immediately or without ending the sequence. Very bad when you have weak connection that sets you back to the same freaking lines several times 😂

They said that ousia and pneuma mechanic won't be necessary while in combat but they still shove it in your throat whenever there's a chance.
"Yeah you can fight enemies with stick and stone if you prefer but check out this new gun, more convenient and higher damage".
I think Fontaine will be fine even without this mechanic, people will still pull characters that they like. Clearly that's not enough for mihoyo, they will slowly nudge you towards pulling Fontaine character.

I feel like hydro traveler has the potential to be really good but i don't wanna build them just to find out… They need to add trials for traveler
I know most people would take the boat and elevator to get to Fontaine but I did the most ridiculous thing. I get my anemo resonance party with Kazuha and the red fan and glide all the way to a roof. As you know, Kazu can spam his skill so he's probably the best bet to glide all the way without touching water.
After reaching I didn't jump down to take the elevator, instead I climb up with Kazuha again (and Xiao for climbing stamina reduction). And then glide to the back because I can't go all the way to the top.
when i realized the seals aren't fighting back after killing 2 of them, my first thought is what's up with this?, then it turned to are they beached up and cant move?, then i realized that i fucked up by slaughtering sea puppies , so i go home to the abyss for some old school beat'em up action against some actual enemies…
The funniest thing in Fontaine is that if you want to use Hydro character to match the theme… You’d better use something else, because almost everything is immune to Hydro 😂😂😂

Fun fact: if you want to see something like the original party screen, go into the tea pot or you can disable the region based ones in the settings menu

Doesn't look all that impressive to be tbh. I've seen better aquatic gameplay and visuals in Subnautica and Abzu than this. 😕 Its a shame, cause I like underwater environments in games.
I hope their next nation is better
