I found the best wishing spot, on mavuika’s throne in natlan!! Here’s what i got in my pulls:
-kinich on the first 10 pull (guaranteed)
-his weapon at 20 pity (not guaranteed)
-spent the rest on raidens banner and got keqing at 20 pity (I WANTED HER)
-used 5 standard banner pulls and got an amber constellation

He is better for single target…
Even with his c6 that helps him do AOE damage ,his single target damage is boosted coz his skill can bounce on one character
