Tantei’s FIRST day on Genshin was on 5 Oct 2020. The very first 5* character they ever got was Jean on 12 Oct 2020. The standard characters at C6 are Diluc, Keqing, Mona, Qiqi and even Tighnari was C2 while Jean still at C0. Can we break the curse of not getting Jean?
