one uses sayu when shes soooo good!!!
also if you wanna do dps layla all you need os 2pc blizz 2pc noblesse with a em/ hp goblet, cryo damage sands, and allot of crit damage. her crit rate can just stay at around50 cause youll need shenhe to go past 10k, and cryo res gives crit rate. this is for a swirl/ melt team. the swirl team is slightly better in my opinion. note i am a ar 56 layla main. ( my crit damage ranges from 170-180 cause my weapon sucks)

Baizhu would be a good character to build if you’re needing another team wide healer plus he doesn’t require too much investment to make work
You don't need ER for Layla. She has 40 energy burst, and you usually play her with Favonius (lol, 190% ER build 😂)
She also deals literally 0 damage, so you better give her either 2+2 hp/hp or Tenacity, level up her to 90, find lot of hp for shield and as much crit chance for Favonius as you can, level up her skill to max possible level, get her c3, forget about everything else and your Layla is ready to support.
UPD: her C1 also increases shield strength by 20% btw
UPD2: you can use her in any vape or double hydro team. The best one might be Hutao or Yoimiya teams. You will vape more consistently, plus melt sometimes instead of vape, and this will increase your main dps damage because forward vape has x1.5 multiplier and forward melt has x2.
Shes better than Diona with C4, cause ads 2,000 in your NA if you have her with 40K HP

The HP sword is an early 3* you get during main quest or in a chest I think. But probably like me it went into refining other weapons a long time ago… 🤦♂
