You need a healer if you use Furina with the triple pets but if you use her on the Oceanid thing I think it will be good because bloom are doing damage to your characters so you doesn’t really need a healer but I think I’m writing for nothing cause I think you already think of that
needs a healer though. unless youre fine with losing out on a ton of furinas buffs and therefore alhaithams damage, which is fine but id rather run baizhu instead of nahida for role consolidation

you need a teamwide healer. furina only buffs alhaitham's dmg here so i highly recommend using someone like kokomi instead
