Well, exept for Qiqi, Im sure that most of the characters who know her dont actually hate her. Its just that when people have to deal with a person who constantly is up to no good, playing pranks, frightning people, and constantly run around trying to bury a very nice neighbourhood Zombie, it can get on your nerves. Xianglings dialog say that Hu Tao do bring things for her cooking, so we know she can be sweet too. She is a bit of a trickster and in most lore, tricksters are both good and bad or neither.
Mihoyo really needs to release more 4 stars, we've gotten klee, childe, zhongli, albedo, ganyu, xiao, and hu tao as five stars and literally just diona and xinyan as four stars. Mihoyo pls rerun childe or klee while you make more mf 4 stars.
Only Rosaria as a 4 star was 100% confirmed for 1.4 but nothing else….

pretty sure there isn't going to be any new 5 stars, but prob 5 star rerun because ludi harpastum is coming soon and that's in Mondstat, so Venti rerun makes sense.
